You should also share your mother in laws diet and daily routine coz she seems to be really fit and active at this age and that’s awesome so we would like to know that what she eats in a day and how she has managed to keep so active and fit with that simple diet without today’s stuff

Hello kiranji it’s nice that you follow such strict diets but plz let people know that every body reacts differently to different things so it’s always better to consult a dietician before following anyone blindly and we miss your daily vlogs coz lots of healthy healthy thing turns out to be really boring sometime

Wow Kiran didi u r great if you follow this routine every single day. Morning black coffee aap with ya without sugar lete ho? Whenever I m off track regarding health, i see ur videos to motivate myself. But i never miss any of ur videos. I try a lot to stay fit but during periods l loose my confidence and again each and every time I have to start from zero. This happens every month. I m struggling since last 1 year 😢

Soaked almonds shouldn't be taken with peel...all its nutrients after soaking transfer to almond and peel is difficult to digest after soaking..

I like ur daily routine videos, diet plans...but I can't follow them because I am mother of C P (cerebral palsy) Child I have to work according to his needs or his routine. Sometimes I get depress but ur vlogs really give me happiness and new energy.Thanks for that.

Every thing is amazing❤ but.urad dal is not clubbed with curd..it's rich in protein and take time to digest and curd is acidic makes protein difficult to digest.. You know already bcz u are doing from long time...just a suggestion if u find it useful 🤗

Nice vlog as usual....but Kiran ji also mention that barnyard millet is not good to consume for the people who has thyroid problem. Everything is not meant for everyone.
