എല്ലാ vdo യും കാണാറുണ്ട് ഉപകാര പ്രദമായ വീഡിയോസ് ആണ് thanks ഞാനും ഡയറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് 78 kg യിൽ നിന്ന് 66 kg ആക്കി ഇപ്പൊ 66 ഇൽ വന്നു സ്റ്റക്ക് ആയി നിൽക്കുകയാണ് 😪😪 60 kg ആക്കണം എനിക്ക് സ്റ്റക്ക് മാറാൻ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് മറുപടി തരും എന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു

ഞാനും 6:18 ആണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് . രാവിലെ 8 തൊട്ട് ഉച്ചക്ക് 2 വരെ .workout രാത്രി 7 തൊട്ട് 7.45 വരെ.ഞാൻ ഒരു ആഴ്ച കൊണ്ട് അര കിലോ മാത്രേ കുറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളൂ .വയർ കാര്യം ആയിട്ടൊന്നും കുറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല .അതെന്താണ് എന്ന് ഒന്ന് പറയുമോ ഡിയർ

എന്റെ ഫാസറ്റിംഗ് 6:18 ആണ്. 9.30 to 5.30 pm. ഇപ്പോൾ പറഞ്ഞു 20 minutes മുന്നേ fasting break drink കുടിക്കുമെന്ന്. 20 minute കഴിഞ്ഞാണ് breakfast എടുക്കുന്നതെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ 9. മണിക്ക് drink കുടിക്കണോ. 9.30 ക്ക് breakfast കഴിക്കാൻ. അതോ 9.30 drink കുടിച്ചിട്ട് 20 മിനിട്ട് കഴിഞ്ഞ് breakfast എടുക്കണോ. ഏതാ correct.confusin വന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ടാ . breakfast തൊട്ടാണോ Calculate ചെയ്യുന്നത് സമയം. ഇപ്പോൾ Weekly | Kg വച്ച് കുറയുന്നുണ്ട്.😁
