I love your videos so much since I've been having a hard time getting back on track more mentally than nutritionally. The peaceful aesthetics are beyond comforting to me.

your video is so comforting! and that scenery of the area you live is so so so good! If you would like your favorite rice noodle to be more Asian Asian (lol), I would recommend you to either flying up your tofu with sesame oil or/and adding sesame oil to your sauce! I am Japanese, and when I want some Chinese kick to my food, I always pick sesame oil when choosing oil :)

Try to freeze the tofu sometime before making it. As the water freezes, the tofu will have a better texture and will better absorb any spices and sauces

I definitely want to make that pasta dish . I will probably just do veggies ,sauce & pasta . I'm not big fan of tofu. But everyone is different.

Thank you for not doing the whole "for protien" thing I see on almost every vegan channel when they add beans or mock meat to their plate. It really messes me up to see that whole high protien idealism diet fad

Eating beans is not a fad
@phillippinter7518 Жыл бұрын
@Snoozy Q I love beans. I eat them every single day. But saying or thinking "for protien " every time you add them to your plate is a fad and not a healthy mindset around food. Protien comes from almost every single whole plant food some of which are actually higher in protein than beans

All the music is in the description! But I'm assuming the one you're after is "It's Time to Stop the Bleeding" by J.S. Mahlon :)
