Great video Jeremy and Wooly! So far I’ve made the Burger Wrap and the Fudgy Beet Brownies. Both were delicious and will definitely be making them again. The Vegan Ground Beef recipe by Carleigh Bodrug is so versatile. FYI, I substituted hemp seeds for the walnuts in the Beet Brownies and they turned out fantastic. I’ve had such success with those two recipes from this video, now I’m motivated to try them all. Your favorites are my favorites Wooley, thank

She doesn't process them, and it causes inflammation. She can have potatoes and rice. She also has celiac, so no gluten.

I've tried the brownies. Not bad at all, but the cocoa powder was way too much in my view. It makes it kind of bitter. For me it was so much that I don't want to eat chocolate for some time now. 😅 As for the beets... If someone didn't know about the beets, they wouldn' t find it out.

It's a flour made from the grain Teff... that's about it - it's GREAT - but sadly not that cheap :(

OMG, watching the horrible faces your kids make with everything you cook reminds me of raising my own 3 boys 25 yrs ago on a plant based diet. LOL...very frustrating as they have no idea how hard it is to supply 3 healthy meals a day only to receive ungrateful comments. AND THEN... they grow up and have kids...payback time😂🤣

Sorry you were disgusted. If it bothers you that much this probably isn't the right channel for you. It's not always her fault as she's got me sticking a camera in her face asking for a reaction to the food. We're trying to be more mindful, but it is what it is. Thanks for watching though!

@@artistmama1 Appreciate that - our kids have good manners in general, especially with other people - so for us that's the main thing. Table manners aren't as high a priority in our house the way they are in others. A lot of people who watch find that relatable - not that we're going out of our way to NOT be more mindful about it - but we're also not about to stop being who we are.
