What I eat in a week - week 11 on Mounjaro for weight loss, i recorded 4 days this week to give you an idea of what I’ve been eating and my calories/ goals etc. This week was definitely not a ‘normal’ week as I had more plans to eat out than usual but I still wanted to record, and I still had a weight loss which you’ll see at the end of the video.
I done a video explaining why I am on this, I do pay for it private and I did have a BMI over 30 when I started this but any other questions you may have I would of covered in my last 2 videos if you haven’t seen them already.
