I know you've covered cooking techniques in other videos, but one fully dedicated to the "how-to" (pickling/proper cutting/sauce making) of cooking would be awesome! Another idea, favorite vegan cheese for different menu ideas. Loved seeing the lao curry being that I’m Lao. You did great - i usually use a chicken stock, but maybe for you, I’d suggest instead of water, vegetable stock? For a little bit more flavor. & also, instead of white onions, use shallots and adding a couple slices of ginger? ginger is a major staple in Lao cuisine. great job 😊👍

You never miss! Girl, I was clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth watching you waste all of that kiwi and passionfruit juice lol. FYI- cutting onions from root to stem (vertically) causes less cell rupture=no teary eyes but supposedly cutting orbitally, ruptures more of the cells releasing more flavor- so basically keep cutting orbitally since you love onions like me and suffer through the tears. It is a fun experiment though.

fun fact: onions don’t even make me cry at this point LOL 😂 am i broken?
