Chels, home for six weeks more, rehabbing total knee replacement 1/17/22…your videos are so special…I’m finally able to drive…and stand and prep without pain…starting to make bowls like you! (In weight loss mode) The brilliant colors of your bowls make for some exciting eating! My Lulu always comes running when she hears the carrots begin to be peeled. 💚💚💚

I love how supportive your husband is. I wish I could get mine to eat more veggies. He is a meat lover for sure. All your veggies look so vibrant. The big bags of avocado and tomatoes would be so expensive for me.

I hear you re. a cafe brunch - so hard to find good options. We do a home one too and it’s perfect - you can have what you want, you know what’s in it and you always feel full 🌟

Hi Chelsea! Im very new to the vegan eating lifestyle honestly I love it so far. I have always enjoyed veggies. I am over weight at the moment and I am so happy I found your channel. Your realistic in you life and I appreciate that as a mom of 2 kids that i homeschool I was worried this would be too difficult. Also I am the only vegan in the house 😅. Day 1 tested positive for covid. This is the week I'm going to make my meals (everything I eat is reheated packaged meals). So pleased to land on this video as I'm just going to recreate it all. Blessed to have a kiwi vegan with starch solution vibes. To be able to purchase all these ingredients makes it more achievable

All that food looks so good. I use the instant pot to bake my potatoes for the week. So quick and easy. Then I air fry them throughout the week. I could eat potatoes for every meal. ☺️

Chelsea, I always look forward to your videos and the knowledge that you share. I have been at a plateau and I think it's because I have been eating at my maintenance. I also started a challenge this month, I have a Hydrow rowing machine and I am doing a 10K a day challenge. I need to make a shift in my calorie intake to get the scale moving again. Thank you!!!

If you pour boiling water over cut potatoes (like cut into fries) and set it for 5-10 minutes, then drain and dry them, you can make some epic fries in the air fryer. Quicker than steaming....I think...You could probably do the same for just the cut in half potatoes

Adore your videos! As a Brit who now lives in NZ would love to know where you get some of your groceries. I used to get everything all year round in the UK but learned to shop seasonally in NZ, there’s no alternative. I couldn’t believe it when we first went 3 months with no avos or no strawberries!

I keep seeing roasted tomatoes recently. I think this is a sign to try them. I love tomatoes but I have never eaten them roasted on their own, (pizza and what have you).

With the Tofu you could put some more finely chopped veggies in the pan, like Bell pepper etc. Then it will come closer to a 50/50 plate :)

Your "old fashioned steamer" I thought was a pasta pot. I see them at yard sales often and pass them up thinking, I don't need this.... but using it as a steamer, that's awesome! I haven't tried scrambled tofu but I bought some to try it. I don't measure much while I cook either ; )

New to your channel :) love it! Have your kids grown up plant based? Or did you have to covert their diet as well? We’re planning a family im newly plant based since March and love it this life style husband is half plant based. I love the nutrients of this life style, and the thought of them not being introduced to the unhealthy foods out there until they can make their own choice. Interested in seeing what you did. Hi Chelsea, loved the video and love your podcast. Would love to hear more about your running and how your physique has changed. I was also wondering if you are getting any niggles running 7 days a week. I am also a runner, have been since 2015, but worry about injuries, I'd love to do 5k a day, but have never done daily runs for fear of niggles. Currently do about 4 days a week.

I didn't have an actual recipe so what you see is what I eyeballed too. :) I don't really use measurements so when I share recipes it's a HUGE effort to actually put numbers on it as I don't really cook that way.

Would it be possible to match the music to the volume of you speaking? The music is always much louder and this makes it hard for me to watch your videos because I need to turn the volume up to hear what you’re saying but then the music blasts super loud

I know this isn't the purpose of your channel, but I'd LOVE some kid centered food content. How do you respond when one of the girls won't eat something you've prepared? I have a 4yo boy who is so picky, it's such a struggle to encourage him to eat nutrient dense foods.
