I'm now at 94kgs still not perfect, but my body looks so much better now and I feel really fit. Your exercises helps me train also in the hotel rooms during my travels. I also exercise at home with my two boys, they love you and zou are big motivation for them too :). They are 7 and 5 years old. Thanks a lot man!

exactly what I do too, I finally find a talented person who has my same diet and strategy ... carbohydrates in the weights or anyway high intensity muscular effort, and use genuine carbohydrates with low glycemic index (vegetables) many yes binge, pasta, rice, potatoes .... I preferred to remove the cereals, perhaps rarely happens the integral basmati rice because I like it with truffles, but it will happen once every 3 weeks and on the day when I train my legs that are hard. then in the days of cardio point even in exercises for the abdomen and lowering the amount of carbohydrates trying to balance calories with vegetable fats, in this way even without being in deficit the restriction of carbohydrates with a right protein dose (fundamental) will make use of ketones as fuel. so in the end on a day of cardio I would prefer salmon that already has a lot of fat in it, and like carbohydrates from spinach or asparagus, eggs and maybe something else, it also depends on the quantity.

Props that you explained your meal plan in detail without click bait, or excluding a million other things. Also, it's very basic and affordable. You have so many channels giving little or no details and they have you thinking you need so many different foods and products.

I don’t usually comment but this is a good vlog, especially when you feel like he really gives you good perspectives on realistic views such as he shows you his diet but emphasizes what works for him & also he shows you that another activity such as skateboarding is a form of getting a good workout in!!! Keep it up bro , hopefully I get the invite to one of your gyms cause I do calisthenics as well 💯💯💪🏽💪🏽

Hello. I'm from México. Your story about that tattoos is awesome. I'm currently in the same situation you were before. Having a baby, don't know who you are. Then comes the moment when need to provide and stuff. Everything changes the life. Didn't know that about you. You are inspiring for me and i watch most of your videos. At the moment its very hard, your mind is blocked and still need to find who you are and need money. Very inspiring. 😎👍🏼
