All the meals that I ate
1. 4 whole eggs + 60g of oatmeal + 1 tbsp peanut butter
2. A 60g banana
3. 170g of cooked chicken breast
4. 30g of chocos + 200ml of milk + 2 scoops of Chocolate Milkshake Whey

Saket my body fat mostly store in belly and upper legs. Body weight is 75 Upper body section is little bulky. ( Shaped but not shredded ) If I try to loose weight then I will loose muscle also . And for removing belly fat I scare of being skinny. Please help me out

Just a piece of advice bro, from one IFer to another, try to time your workouts towards the end of your fast. Always work out in a fasted state, that way your body burns your stored fat more quickly, and when you do get your post workout or your first meal of the day, it spikes your insulin high meanwhile increasing your body's protein synthesis by about 30-40% which is huge. Do give it a shot!

Don't think workout time really matters grossly in the long run. I personally workout fasted because I have cramps doing cardio with food in my stomach. I almost always end resistance with a bit of cardio.

InsaneAezel depends on how much muscle mass you have bro. You could start cutting right now since your bfp is 20, but make sure that you're confident enough that you have enough muscle mass as you'll lose a lot of your gains while cutting

dron pathak that's french toast bro, fucking delicious Put 3 eggs + 3tbsp powdered sugar + 250ish ml of milk in a vessel to create a mixture Put lots butter in a pan and let it heat up. Dip the bread pieces in the mixture and put them on the pan. Flip the slices once the first side turns golden brown That's it. Add chocolate syrup on top afterwards
