I really like making roasted vegetables lately, and incorporating those into meals that I fix, along with a lean protein. Thank you for the tip about the chocolate Quaker rice cakes. I can relate to the sweet tooth, so that will be helpful.

Curious what’s your body weight and macro plan is at? I started at 240lbs with 1900 calories. I’m at 172 now with 2100 calories doing a clean light bulk. 280c 35g fat 200f protein

This seems low for your weight. Plus your macros add up to 2235 calories. Also would you sub out less carbs for fats? It’ll help with hormone production. Plus I think you only need about 170-180 grams of protein for your weight. If you are bulking you don’t need to heavy on protein.

I agree with the comment above, if you’re doing a clean bulk I would up your fats to at least 55-65(that’s still relatively low) then slowly up your carbs as you increase weight

To each their own but I think the mentality of nutrition is outdated and so many people over complicate it. It you eat properly based on your body type you can stay lean and build muscle. Fats are very healthy ( healthy fats) and carbs are night are never good. Carbs as you know are fuel and you don’t need them at night. Regardless if you have a morning workout. I’m not a professional but I have done a lot of research and I find that this method is A not something a lot of people will always do but it is something that’s not needed if some changes are made. Hey if it works for you Bart then of course go for it. Just sharing my thoughts
