Also I'd like to point out your responsibility when it comes to food waste. I hear some intuitive eaters say how it's completely ok to just throw away the food you don't want because "it's better waste in the trash can than waste in your body", but there is some more than that. So thank you for your strong morals!

- thick oatmeal best - I really appreciate the frozen cherries/ smoothie.... I have been trying mindful about cravings but also texture or taste at core of the craving

I was surprised on how much you ate (icluding sweet things) without shame since we see many slim people on social media eating as little as a toddler. Also I love the practical side of things - even when you were craving a smoothie, you knew it was responsible not to waste food which you already had prepared and it was not a big deal. This video has really given me a lot of peace and comfort. And I love your vibe and energy. Thank you Colleen :*

Team thick oatmeal all the way! 😂 I’ve really been enjoying the new Ben & Jerry’s “Change the Whirled” flavor. It’s caramel flavored ice cream with chocolate chunks, and a graham cracker/chocolate cookie swirl. It’s nice to be able to have it in the house and not feel like I either need to eat it all in one sitting or avoid it entirely.

WAIT! I need that ice cream ASAP!!! Sound like heaven! Thank you! hahahaha! Love that you can enjoy that!

Thank you for these FDOE's. I'm very new and just learning the word AND. Like oatmeal AND berries AND yogurt. I am experiencing satiety for the first time in years. I am incredibly appreciative for your content. You give me hope.

Hi, thank you for this video! Since trying to listen to my body and eat more intuitively, I have actually enjoyed some things that I used to always want sweet. So, for example, I found some peanut butter that just had salt in it and I loved it also, one time I had Oatmeal without sugar and it actually tasted good to me. I was planning to add sugar, but wanted to take one bite to see what my body wanted and it just wanted the oatmeal without the sugar. Anyway, I appreciate this, and I’m noticing that I’m enjoying food more and working towards accepting my body.

Loved this thank you! Would really love to see if you finish eating everything on your plate or not. I feel like it would give a better understanding and maybe explain why did or not finish everything on your plate (such as felt more hungry or not that hungry at all).

I'll add it to my list but a lot of times the "benefit" is from the flavor and making you WANT to drink more water. I wouldn't say you necessarily need them over water!

I love watching your videos but its crazy how different people's tastes are. You are such a sweets girly but the idea of something as sweet as like a caramel icecream is so not appetizing to me lol. The idea of a bag of salty potato chips? Oh ya. Gimme lol. I just love how different we all are 😊
