There's a book called, The four agreements! Really good for intrusive thoughts that trigger overthinking 😉 Easy quick read too

You just described one of the thoughts that makes me overthink a lot ( why bad things happens to good people) I fell it comes from what we learned on catechism where they encourages you to behave on life, but as you grow up it seems that it doesnt apply on real life and i cant stop this on my mind. This is the first video i watch on your channel. Thanks.

I really appreciate the point you made about how overthinking isn't really about what's happening in the present. It's more about something deeper. When we take a moment to pause and observe those anxious, overthinking thoughts, we can often see where they're really coming from. For me, this happens a lot with health anxiety. But when I stop and resist the urge to react impulsively, I can trace the anxiety back to something from my past. Once I identify that, I can work on feeling what needs to be felt and start healing that part. Keep up the great work-this insight has been really helpful for me!

Great video, thank you!! A useful question we can ask ourselves when we have a lot of thoughts is: "What's the next thought that will arise in my mind?" (or something like that) and observe, wait. Often a gap occurs when we ask a question like this. At that moment, rest your attention on that gap. Repeat several times. Then in this moments the negatives patterns and conditioning will loosening their heaviness and power over you..

I think that you hit the nail on the head when you said that learning not to overthink is about getting to a place of letting your life unfold without worrying about everything that is going to happen next. In one of your other videos, you mentioned that you recently took up some new hobbies. What hobbies do you enjoy that help you in you in overcoming over worrying?

My number one is always yoga. I’ve also been creating art, as we are all creators and have a creative side to us. Reading, writing, finding a physical outlet. Any way you can express yourself!
