I can so relate! I have turned 29 few days ago and started to study medicine at 28, all my classmates are 8 years younger and I just feel like I am 21, the only difference is, I am more matured, learned to be present, I am closer to myself I have eve been. A friend of mine brought me to mindfulness, meditation and self love. And now just walking and hearing birds makes me so happy. I have never enjoyed every day as much as I do now. I am still growing and there is a long journey ahead, but now I am aware of the road. Thank you so much for your content, you are doing such a great work!

I also started med school a bit later when I got 24. Within the first two years I sometimes felt uncomfortable because everyone was just so young. I recognized the further you progress, the more heterogenous the courses will get regarding age. In the end literally no one cared, still your age and background will be benefitial at points. Bur it indeed helps feeling younger

Seriously needed this. I’m 23 and at a point where I have lots of debts to pay, I’ve been asking myself the wrong questions and wondering why I’m not doing more, if I shouldn’t have dropped out of college seeing all of my peers graduate, wondering if my life is going to go anywhere. In reality I am grateful for where I am, I love my job, I’m happy with the relationships that I have with the people around me, and this stage of feeling like I’m broke is only temporary. People do look up to me for following my heart. I stopped school to pursue my own art which is truly fulfilling to me and I’ll continue to pursue what my heart desires. Continuing to be someone for my inner child to look up to is all I can do and each day is an opportunity to be better. I’m always moving forward, no matter how slow. Thank you 🙏

As a 35-year-old married man with a business and a mortgage, I look back at my 20s with a sense of adventure and growth. During that time, I traveled the world, lived overseas, and embraced the freedom to explore and find myself. I made so many friendships, experienced the camaraderie of living in share houses, and enjoyed weekends of partying. While those years held both the best and worst moments of my life, they were undeniably amazing. Entering my 30s brought a profound transformation, almost like a natural progression. It was a time of self-discovery and self-realization, allowing me to become the truest version of myself. Looking back, I cherish the lessons learned and the experiences that shaped me into who I am today

And now I want to look around, do new things, but I have to go to university and finish my psychology bachelor at least. But I know I'm happier doing something simple and active, and I enjoy moving a lot, I could never have an office job sitting around all day. i dont know how i stumbled onto your video but I am glad I did. i will be turning 27 this year and I feel lost..i regrets my early 20s, knowing what I want to do but never went through with it, it eats me up inside everyday I feel like I need to be doing something productive and when I don't I feel the weight on my shoulders telling me " you are turning 27 this year " and that scares me. i want to travel the world and see new places and meet new people but at the same time I feel I have responsibility to be with my girlfriend and cant just leave her to go do some self improvement on my own and then there's the financial problems.. not to mentionthe older we get the more responsibilitieswe take on and the harder it is to see our dreams being realized..and one of the biggest fear for me is Time. I'm afraid I wont have time to do what I want, until I watched this video, your video made me realise that age is nothing if you have the mindset to do what you want to do. thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Idk how this made it in my FYP but this came at a time I was reflecting on my twenties recently. Lived the first half of my 20s trying to "catch up". Ie. Attain goals society told me I should attain or be striving/struggling/sacrificing to attain while beating myself up over the fact I was "behind". Spent the second half of my 20s in existential limbo because the first half didn't feel right at all and I realized I wasted a lot of my time trying to attain goals that never resonated with me . I welcomed my 30s with open arms as I decided to live life unapologetically, on my terms and age YOUTHFULLY doing it. ❤️ 😊 Life is trip man...

I started self improving close to year ago and I'm not even 20 yet (my birthday is in may). And I can't wait for the exciting years ahead of me, and how will I turn out in my 30s. I just found your channel today, and I'm here to stay. I sure have hope for myself. I quit drinking, smoking, I've been going to gym for 8 months now, and life is great (although I'm a pussy sometimes)(yeah I quote you) But yeah I look forward and I sure will use your knowledge.

Beautiful thoughts Im glad you posted this video. Practice is such a beautiful and colorful word. Our life basicly about parciting anything and everything. Maybe the most basic idea the comes into my mind is eating. For example eating with chopstics. In some culture its like walking or breathing but for some people its impossible. Why? Because some people practice it every single day some people dont. Same goes for walking, playing basketball, playing guitar, talking or even building a business, creating videos, meditation and we can go even further willpower and discipline and love are also something that you can learn. Everything learnable if your practice it enough this is why its is so beautiful. But if someone reads this: Please dont make the same mistake as I did. Never think anything as a must. i.e. "I have to earn 1 million this year"... or you will struggle every single day that you not enough, you cant do this. Always let life happen as it is. And think about anything as your hobbi "I do it because I want to do it and I will learn in my own pace. No time limit I just let the flow guide me." ... thank you again I really love how your thoughts encouraged me to talk out my feelings here. I also hit the well deserved subscribe button :) Have a nice life mate.

I'm truly terrified of turning g 20, it feels like life is so short from here on, will I be able to do everything I want before I die? who knows, it helped what you said but I can't help but just be scared, I feel like this fear comes from something else but not sure where from. btw you look amazing.

Im 19 and in some form/some way in taking life and slooowing the fuck down, i realise i feel a hole lot better doing that and instead of my mind switching to bullshit excess negativity I should say and begain to say 'Im fucking awesome 💯😎 Im cool goofy and Fun, it sarts from a minset switch and the enegy flows from there but is a pratice/ life style.
