I’m from India and cutting down diary is just so very hard! And as much as I would love to say we have dairy free cheeses and yogurts they r kinda expensive :/

I enjoyed this video. Thank you! I think you should make a video of places women with PCOS can buy healthy groceries whether it’s online or a physical store. Or if there’s any rewards program for buying healthy foods. Usually healthy food like gluten free and dairy free are overpriced which is hard if you’re on a budget 😪

Okay so… I’m french…. And cheese is the hardest thing for me to stop. As a good Parisian I just loooove my cheese 🤩 I’m trying to cut it out completely but daaamn one day in and I already miss it 😩

I was a part of the cyster group membership and truly it changed my life. After Tallene's amazing food Lifestyle advise and Siraks training, i just los 4 KG in one Month. And while loosing weight i had fun , it is super doable. I made just a few changes in my diet like cutting dairy /Gluten/ Sugar 80% off the time and made the PCOS training of Sirak, which literally made a difference in my body shop. And what i also noticed , ( which was not the case with other "Diets") After cutting gluten and Dairy my lower belly started shrinking. noticed that it was not fat it was inflamation. And i am certain that it is the Gluten and Dairy which caused it in the first place. And after i cut the sugar my moodswings went, of cours cutting sugar is not easy the first week i was super moody and had a lot of headache , but after 10 Days you feel like new born. So i want to thank Tallene and Sirak for literally changing my life! May God bless you.
