Your videos have helped so much. I have been dairy and gluten free for a week now. The last two days I have been exhausted, no motivation or energy at all. Is this normal? Thanks again for your videos!

It is awesome that chick peas are one of your top 5 faves because I already have some at home! Lol what I like to do with the chickpeas is make falafel balls. I really like your idea with baking them though I will definitely be trying that! Thank you for making this video I not only want to lose weight but also also to take better care of myself as a woman with pcos. So thank you again this really helps 🙂

Is it safe to roast at that temperature with olive oil? I feel they make it seem only best to use for dressings (not heating it up) but I'm not sure

Use like one of those sponges or brushes with a wand to reach your back and use your acne wash on your back or in any areas with acne. Spironolactone also helped me with my acne when I use to take it but it took 3 months but after that my acne was good.

hey rekha! I can't provide much help with the weight since I'm working on lowering mine, but I have found ways to help with the acne that I hope helps you out! Try face wash (or body wash) that contain salicylic acid and/or ketoconozal. Niacinamide is really good for the complexion and helps with any marks left over. Also consider investing in a *gentle exfoliate* that has aha/bha which you can use once or twice a week. And never go a day without sunscreen, it's been a process but my cystic acne improved a lot! Hope it helps!
