Grand supreme kai probably became one with the fat buu already as it was him that gave buu his kinda innocent nature. Cause when fat buu was removed from super buu he just went back to his original form as kid buu so grand supreme kai is already fat buu. As for sout supreme kai that I don’t know

A few points I noticed: 1. Raditz is alive but not in the story. (I'd like to think that raditz would side with his brother seeing as kakarot is stronger than vegeta AND the main goal is to defeat frieza) 2.I doubt nappa would've been killed by vegeta since goku was far more overwhelming. (I just remembered, thr reason that vegeta and nappa went to earth was to see if kakarot was actually 20k. It would beyond stupid for vegeta to allow nappa to kill kakarot's friends. That's basically asking for a death sentence if that were true) 3. Vegeta wouldn't have let semi-perfect cell absorb 18 since he (in this series) was exhausted from 1 final flash. It would be absolutely bizarre for him to attack trunks so cell could get stronger when cell was already on par with vegeta. 4.Trunks' timeliness should be relatively the same with exception of trunks coming back. If the androids are stronger because of goku then trunks(who is still weak with no boosts) should be dead. It'd be cool if bulma went back in time. (I may continue to edit this. I'm only halfway in the video) Edit:Just finished the video. Gohan would not become beast Gohan. The only reason he unlocked that form was because he went the route of "ultimate gohan", which was trying to get stronger as a human. He never got ultimate because super, but it never happened and he never trained with the Supreme Kai. Fat buuhan is very interesting. One problem I noticed with this is that there wouldn't be an evil buu inside of his body. If anything it would just be Gohan or Gohan and the grand Supreme Kai. Majin buu isn't like super buu where the evil won over the good. He didn't split up because Hercule wasn't a plot point in this what if. We both know that Gotenks wouldn't happen. Theyd be around the same age but goten would be far stronger than kid trunks. Would be cool if in the tournament arc, we see that trunks went ssjg which he'd learn from his father knowing very well that kakarot's bloodline would be far stronger because he is legendary. You missed an opportunity to bring tarble or raditz into the story with trying to get ssjg. I do see morro losing to goku because goku's growing stronger than morro can absorb. That would be funny.

I will say, Goku’s power level being that high as a baby would make it impossible for him to be hidden from scouters when he was fleeing. At that point at least Gine should have went with him and Bardock would have tried even harder to keep the attention on him, perhaps even getting a strong enough power boost to distract the Frieda Force. Otherwise there’s no way the story doesn’t end on planet Vegeta.

At 1:08:48 im having a issue with a couple things. 1 Piccolo and/or at least Tien should be straight up dead. Goku does not have instant transmission, he could not pop in or pop out to save them from semi perfect cell. Maybe you can say since the battle went differently that maybe piccolo was left to die but tien would of had to try even harder to keep cell down, he is dead 2 earlier on Goku would of fought frieza immediately. He has a power level of 300,000 at least and friezas first form is only like 500,000 and Goku knows kiaoken and you implied he could tap into the ikari form at this point. Goku would of started fighting frieza as soon as he got there and was killing the first village where dende was as vegeta fought pui. He would of made frieza go to his final form immediately especially since frieza fights slow and so does Goku so he would be getting stronger as he fought. Once he got knocked out by final form frieza all he would need is a bean to be have to have the fight go as it did in your what if at the end

The cell of this what if is not supposed to be so much powerful than in canon knowing that this cell comes from future trunks timeline where potentially goku wasn’t the legendary ssj and even if it was the case in the future trunks timeline Dr gero would never had freeza’s DNA. So the cell you describe should be weaker than in canon .. I think it s an inconsistency in your narrative. At most cell is like in canon.

No offense, but I feel you're sticking too close to the source material in your what-ifs. I made it to the 35 minute mark before I couldn't listen anymore. Goku would have no reason to be late to the saiyans arrival as he was multiple times faster. You killed off the exact people as in the original despite the power differences not being as bad. And why was Frieza on Namek in the first place? Their scouters were destroyed before the fight, so no way for them to know about the DragonBalls at all. Its not that I don't appreciate the content, but details matter.
