I think Jango would continue to mentor Boba to be a bounty hunter he would be offered a field command by the Separatists when the Clone Wars was underway but would turn in it down after he was froced to kill one of his own clones by Count Dooku. Although not working officially for the CIS he would still do jobs for Sidious and Dooku throughout the remainder of the war.The Republic would eventually find out his affailtion with Count Dooku and the Separatists and would send its froces to capture Jango making him the Most Wanted man in the galaxy. I could see him leading a group of hand picked specially trained Clone Commandos to do espionage missions for the CIS behind Republic lines.

@@Black-White-BW1 He knew enough. That Dooku ordered the Clone Army, what the criteria for his position had been, and probably even more. Enaugh that it killing him as a precaution is the safest way. The whole plan from Sidious and Dooku was already so incredibly risky (to the point I would argue that it was really a pretty bad plan, that only worked because of plot armour), that you would eliminate every risk you can.

I think because they were taught Mandalorian loyalty, and because they're all clones of Jago and he trained them that they wouldn't shot even when ordered, especially the C1 clones. And because of this I think he would have been the one giving the order 66. He would have wreaked havoc on the field showing up in a battlefield and turning the entire Clone Army against the Jedi commanders.

I wonder if Jango lived then he would have had more chances at raising Boba instead of Boba running with Aurra Sing's bounty hunter gang meaning Boba would end up learning more about Mandalorian culture from his father now thanks to The Mandalorian Disney + Series that we know that Jango Fett is a Mandalorian Foundling and that Jaster Mereel is canon once more. It would be interesting with the Mandalore and Deathwatch story arc with a living Jango Fett. Jango Fett would have no love for the Official Mandalorian regime after all they were the ones who had exiled him and stripped him of his warrior heritage but assuming if the True Mandalorian were still canon he would most likely hate Deathwatch even more

I think he would have surrendered when the clones showed up and returned to Kamino with them. He would probably end up continuing to donate his genetic material and train clones for the republic, assuming the Jedi council didn't attempt to try him for trying to kill Padme. He would perhaps do some dirtywork for palpatine like with Tup and Fives and may be involved in republic strategy to some degree. He would probably continue to hunt bounties in his free time, taking along Boba to train him. I doubt very highly that he would take an active combat role for either side, after all he's just a simple man making his way in the universe.

He wanted to die on Geonosis, he cloned his son and made him an army or brother and 1 sister and he knew that one day Boba could claim the stars with his genetics being the base of the society. The Hutts were slaves, and so were clones, it literally a giant rebellion waiting to happen, clone slaves trained by galactic governments leading slaves who once were forced into labour and survived. Jango died to motivate his Son into being the legend he is to become. Honestly if this lore doesnt work it's way into star wars I will be blown away by the missed opportunity making Clones the center of Star Wars along side the droids when they awaken.

Not a role reversal either (Republic Droids and Clone Separatists) more of a corporations don't get involved mass producing any droid armies, clones belong to the CIS and the republic has to depend on local defense forces (And possibly conscript a federal army)

Seeing as theres more room to work with in Legends now, what if after Jango escaped slavery, he went on a jedi hunting spree. Obi Wan knows OF a Mandalorian who slays Jedi, but not that its necessarily Jango. Between episodes 1 and 2 Jango could kill a couple dozen Jedi, and even have a couple run ins with Mace Windu himself. This would make the battle on Genosis thier third encounter, and would explain Mace Windu dealing with him so aggressively. Just fanfiction haha.
