What If Kid Goku went SUPER SAIYAN?

Hope you liked some of the new visuals in this one like edited manga panels! Also no “part 2” I like ending What Ifs before the title character gets sidelined (like the Bardock what if) because making part 2 of “Super Saiyan Kid Goku” starring Gohan just seems lame and honestly forcing every What If to cover the WHOLE series is partially why I don’t like doing them as much as I used to. Tell me how you think the story would continue!

If you think of it, there’s basically 3 outcomes after this: A: Nothing happens. Frieza was never defeated so Beerus thinks the super saiyan god isn’t worth it and just kills frieza and goes back to sleep. No frieza or Beerus means all of DBS gets stopped B: It literally is the same as canon except Goku gets SSG same way Vegeta did in canon and no resurrection F or Broly C: Beerus kills everyone, the end (not enough Saiyans for SSG ritual, they only have 4 including pan)

well. not having vageta didnt really cause that. it was the fact that they didn't have to travel to namek because piccolo never died and so they had no need to go get the super dragon balls from the namekians. they could still have done that without vegeta. so you can say the fact that piccolo/kami didn't die is what caused the extinction.

Future Babidi said he’d been gathering energy for over 10 years in the dbs manga, so he probably would come the same time he did in the canon future timeline with 90% of the energy he needed already, so he’d just kill people for energy, then if it’s not enough by the time everyone on earth is dead, sacrifice his minions to get Buu revived. Buu destroys the universe under babidi’s command since there’s no goku to tell Buu to kill babidi, and shin would most likely be killed by Dabura/Buu so Beerus dies too. Zeno erases universe 7 bc it’s mortal level is way too low

Piccolo had absorbed Nail during the Namek Saga which made his potential bigger which is what allowed him to catch up to SSJ Goku at the beginning of the Android Saga

No he still isn’t considered a Super Namekian (when his potential actually increases) until he fuses with Kami. Nail was a one time multiplier as explained in guide books. On King Kai’s planet, Piccolo got to a powerlevel of over 200k in like 5 days (since Nail is said to be a 5x boost in guides) which mean Piccolo just has insane potential.

tired ? no sweat i'll continue .then raditz would come to earth to see goku at the time goku knew the power of ssj and he trains himself instead of kami he goes through the tournament and win it leaving tien as runner up and chi chi marrying him 5 years later raditz will come to see goku but just as he tries to attack him and take he's son cuz he rufused goku will instantly knock him since he got ssj powers within him then nappa and vegeta would hear about that and goes to see kakarot goku warns them to leave but they say "nah" so goku just beats them nappa is deafeted first by goku then goku would show off his ssj form to vegeta leaving vegeta in an anger he tries to beat goku but he is almost dead he decides to leave just like in the og story and goku lets him leave let's say vegeta says befoe he leaves "i'll just use the namakeian dragonballs" goku is shocked then he tells his friends he finds it a chance to revive the others so he goes to namek by the spaceship built by bulma's father he trains in it and becomes stronger he won't master ssj yet but he develop it a little as he reaches namek vegeta beated zarbon dodoria goku starts searching for the dragonballs and also starts beating the henchmen frieza would hear about this and call the ginyu force goku cooks them vegeta at the time tries to face goku but he loses frieza show up in anger vegeta tells goku about what frieza have done to thier race but freiza instantly kills him with a death beam goku gets angry for what he's done to the namakeian and saiyans he goes ssj from the start he cooks frieza frieza begs him to save him goku accepts but frieza attacks him from behind goku kills him just like the og storyline he goes back to earth along with the dragonballs and they state thier wishes just like in the og story now everyone killed by piccolo and frieza is back to life .why didn't tien go with goku cuz he says it's engouh to handle it by his own and the timeline contunies just like in the og story but this time there is no earth dragonballs goku heard what kami is after beating kin piccolo by karin so he takes dende with him as new kami of earth he brings the db back to life in this timeline there is no piccolo but there is vegeta and im tired to continue😑😑

Wouldn't kid Goku not be able to ride the flying nimbus as a Super Saiyan, as the Super Saiyan transformation requires rage and emotions which cancels out the pure heart? This can also be seen as how Goku cannot charge the spirit bomb while he's a Super Saiyan

the nimbus isn’t super picky. Roshi thought Goku would die to the devilmite beam despite Goku being able to ride the kinto’un. also Super Saiyan only lets maliciousness into Goku’s heart in the DBS anime so it’s hard to tell how “canon” that is.

@@CarthusDojo Actually the ps2 Tenkaichi games have a little mechanic for that. Devilmites Evil Beam will damage Goku the higher he goes into Super Saiyan in the game. So it could be canon even before super? At the very least it's a fun mechanic for an old game.

Something I noticed is that super saiyan goku was riding the flying nimbus but I think he wouldn’t be able to. When goku goes super saiyan goku is filled with rage so his heart wouldn’t be pure anymore so he wouldn’t be able to ride the flying nimbus.

Well to be fair, part of the reason Beerus jumped on it was because he heard a Saiyan killed Frieza. It's possible he wouldn't be as determined to look into it if Frieza hasn't ended up at Earth yet (though he inevitably would, though just from his casual taking over of the entire universe as he wants to do.)

Super Saiyan makes his heart impure which would disable his ability to use kintoun. Yes Trunks used spirit bomb while in Super Saiyan and that's because Trunks is awesome like that.

wait, what do you mean by good place to end this? After stopping Buu from coming back Beerus wakes up from his dream hearing about the Super Saiyan God. But at this point there won't be five saiyans. There's Goku, Gohan, Goten, and Pan, that's it. So Goku couldn't go SSG. So instead of asking Shenron to go away like the God VS God movie, Bulma suggested that there may be other Saiyans in the Galaxy, and asked Shenron where these Saiyans can be. Turns out there are actually 3 Saiyans left! The first one is Vegeta's little brother Tarble, then there's Broly and Paragus. So Beerus, wanting to fight SSG so badly, decides to ask Whis to take Goku to get Tarble, Broly, and Paragus. Since Paragus only had an issue with Vegeta and King Vegeta, the fight between Goku and Broly never happened. The two got along exceptionally well when Goku introduces food on earth to Broly and Paragus. Paragus, being stuck on a crappy planet for so long, agrees to help Goku acquire the SSG form, and the fight between Goku and Beerus takes place on Vampa instead of on Earth. This fight got so intense, it sent shockwaves across the galaxy, and alerted Frieza. Frieza, who heard about Beerus fighting with a Saiyan God finally understood what happened to Vegeta and Nappa so many years ago, and decide to go into training for the first time in his life so he can kill the last of the Saiyans, and the result is, Golden Frieza.

Since Carthu's not doing a part 2 I want to give my take going into Super: Having never met King Kai and never learning I.T. Goku won't be able to avoid getting browbeat into attending Bulma's birthday, where Beerus would appear in search of the Super Saiyan God. Goku would challenge him anyways, lose, get, healed, then use the dragon balls to learn about the form, but with no Vegeta and Trunks they won't be able to access the form. With no Majin Buu, Beerus won't be angered - he'll bemoan that his premonition was no more than a flight of fancy, but the food on offer will placate him. While Beerus and Whis are at the party though, Goku would no doubt ask how he managed to get so powerful, learn that Whis was his trainer, and beg Whis to train him - something that Beerus would be fine with, reasoning that Goku could still be the rival prophesied by the Oracle Fish. Going Into Resurrection F, the main point of contention is how he can get to earth fast enough without I.T. to save his friends and family. Whis wouldn't be able to get him there fast enough, but unless there's some material that says otherwise they could perhaps go to the Supreme kai's planet and then teleport directly to earth using Kai-kai. If Frieza tries to blow up earth again, Whis can still reverse time and then Beerus would destroy him - can't let the tyrant spoil his buffet after all. Of course the U6 tournament is where things fall apart: without Vegeta acting as buffer it's not likely Goku would make any decent headway against hit. Champa was the one to suggest a 5v5 elimination tournament, and without Vegeta and Buu and Gohan being busy with work, that leaves options severely limited. He wouldn't be able to convince 18 because there's no money in it or 17 because nothing important is at stake for him, so at best the team going into this would probobly be Goten, Krillin, Piccolo, Goku and Monaka, in that order. With Cabba stated to be at roughly base Vegeta's level, Piccolo would likely be the only one with a decent shot at taking him out other than Goku since, as a fighter, Cabba is fairly naive, but even if he did, Piccolo would absolutely lose to Magetta - his tactic of overheating the space enclosed in the barrier would be disastrous against Piccolo, to say nothing of how much stronger Magetta is. And if Goku has to go through Magetta himself, along with not having the foresight of knowing about Hit's time skip in advance as well as not having access to the kaioken (since he never learned it), he wouldn't be able to put up a decent enough showing to earn Hit's respect, which means hit wouldn't hesitate to throw Monaka out of the ring, and Champa would wish to swap the two universe's Earths, which is it's own can of worms entirely. It's debatable if Goku would be able to continue his training with Whis as a resident of Universe 6, but regardless of how Goku continues his training things get even worse going into Zamasu's arc - it's implied (and would follow, logically,) that without Trunks around, no one would be able to stop Babidi from resurrecting Buu in the future, and with future-earth doomed, there's no one to warn Goku about Black in advance, which means there's no reason to investigate Zamasu, which means there's no way to stop him from killing Gowasu and using the super dragon balls to swap bodies and then kill Goku, Goten and Chi-chi. Bear in mind that Bulma didn't have fuel ready for the time machine when Goku Black appeared - which takes months to prepare just for a one-way trip - and it's stated in the manga that Zamasu originally swapped bodies with Goku after witnessing him go Super Saiyan Blue on Godtube. Luckily since Goku, Goten and Chi-chi have never died in this version they can be resurrected using the dragon balls - and perhaps the kai's body can even be transformed using the dragon balls into a saiyan body to match the one Zamasu stole, but since they don't have a time machine they can't follow Zamasu into the future, where he would still definitely go so he can avoid Beerus and team up with his future self to enact his zero-mortal plan. As for the tournament of power, you may as well consider U7 officially out of the running - with Earth a part of U6 now and Frieza possibly destroyed, that pretty much leaves Broly as Beerus' only hope. There's just no one else in the entire universe who can stand up to the Z fighters. As for U6, they're suddenly in a much better position. They won't be able to bring Vegeta or Frieza of course, but their team otherwise pretty much gets to cherry pick the best of both worlds. I think it's safe to say that Tien and 17 also wouldn't make the cut, since Tien is too weak and they're not desperate enough for numbers to resort to asking 17. I think having seen Krillin fighting firsthand in the U6 tournament, Champa would also opt for a stronger fighter in his case as well, meaning the final team would probably be something like: Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Android 18, Roshi, Hit, Cabba, Kale, Caulifla, and Magetta - since Frost has already proven to be fairly unreliable, and Botamo isn't very good at fighting despite his impressive shock absorption, plus Goku having proven the impressive potential of the saiyan race. It's still difficult to say whether they'd win though, given what an integral part that 17, Vegeta and Frieza had played in the tournament of power originally, but the best of U6 just might be able to close the gap. Anyways, assuming they win it goes without saying the Broly movie just doesn't happen. Frieza's not alive and Earth and vampa are in completely different universe's. They'll never come into contact unless Broly gets recruited for the

​@@NSK_2015 kiiiinda hard to believe I missed these details in hindsight. 🤦 OK going back down the list: I still think Beerus makes the trip to earth - they never met Frieza, but Gohan managed the comparatively more impressive feat of defeating Dabura, who was both more powerful and skilled than namek saga frieza. Obviously resurrection F doesn't happen at all. They still lose the U6 tourney. Zamasu still happens and then screws off to the future. Aaaaand as for the T.o.P., I guess this means Krillin DOES make the list, since the androids are finito. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Krillin might be a bit stronger than Canon since he never settled down, but probably not by much, or not enough to matter at least. This also probably means Frieza makes the U7 team, and also that Broly is more likely to actually be on the team as well, but since Frieza was never inspired to train he's basically toast.

5:10 I actually think Z would go different. Raditz would recognize the Super Saiyan legend, Vegeta never shuts up about it. He would realize HIS BROTHER is the Legendary Super Saiyan, not Veggie! He would plead for mercy, Goku would show it... but unlike the original Raditz wouldn't turn on Goku after being granted mercy... He would call Vegeta and Nappa to Earth Immediately, mentioning super saiyan... and well... I bet Frieza would send the Ginyu force to Earth.

Basically it would cut out Namek until after Frieza shows up and kills Piccolo/Krillin. Afterwards the Namek trip would probably be a pleasant vacation without Frieza around. The Gang would learn tricks from the Namekians as they visit each village happily and borrow the dragonball once their reason is deemed worthy. Only downside would be Trunks showing up from the future and everyone is still on Namek.
