Actually if you think about it a child with both uzumaki and senju blood would be the pinacle of physical prowess. Not only does he have the stamina and life force even massive chakra reserve from the uzumaki blood. But he would have it boosted even further by the equally or MAYBE even stronger senju blood with possibly wood style, so If he was also a jinchuriki he would be the best candidate too control that much heavy chakra. Like damn that guy would be walking hax and destroy everyone.

I have a what if for you.... What if Naruto was the son of the three Sannin. Basically, Orochimaru took blood from both Jiraiya and himself, creating a perfect melding of their DNA and taking an egg from Tsunade and implanting the egg in Kushina hoping this would give the child the huge Chakra reserves of the Uzumaki clan as well as maybe imparting some of the 9 Tails Chakra as well into the child. He would do this just before he was forced from the village and for the reason of capturing Kushina and performing experiments on her as well as others. Soon after this her and Minato would get married, and they would find out that she was pregnant. Things would play out as before, other than one person would return to the village waiting for his time to strike and that the baby only to find out that someone else has other plans. In an attempt to get his perfect body, he decides to step in and summon Manda to try to hold off Kurama, allowing Minato to defeat Obito and allowing Kushina to seal half of Kurama back inside herself and givimg the other half to Minato before she would have been depleted of Chakra as she knew she wouldn't be able to handle that full power of Kurama in her weakened state, and in doing so both Minato and Kushina survived. Orochimaru was confronted by Harusin and Minato along with a couple of dozen Anbu but was able to reverse summon out of there shortly after biening confronted with such a large force. Little did anyone know other than what Orochimaru hopped, Kurama did impart a portion of his biening into Naruto, creating a new tailed beast inside of Naruto, making him a Jinchiriki even before being born.
