He's a filler character, so he was never gonna end up more powerful than people on that level who are progressively getting stronger, and are constants in the show unless he suddenly gained massively following which he won't because it's fuckin pikkon. Pikkon, at best, is SSj2, maybe reaching 3. But roshi and krillin are definitely SSj3 levels with high intellect. Nothin about pikkon scratches the technical fighter aspect, so even if he was on their level, he wouldn't provide much more strength and have less knowledge idk this niche character needs to be itched, but I guess.

Pikkon is stronger than both Frieza, 17, 18 and Cell (when he is first encountered). It would only make sense that he would potentially become either close in power to them in Super or possibly substantially more powerful. Of course like you mentioned in the video it would all come down to a proper training regimen. Him being trained by the Supreme Kai or better yet Goku and Whis would be the best option. Then again 18 grew exponentially more powerful fighting weak sauce poachers.

In the Tournament of Power, i would put Pikk9n close to the same level as Android 17. Considering how strong everyone else became, the fact that Pilkon is a fighter who is always working on bettering himself as a martial artist similar to Goku, I see no reason why Pilkon would be anywhere below Android 17, Piccolo. He wouldn't be as strong as Golden Frieza, but would be noticable above ToP Gohan

And if he so happened to get the grand kais special training within this time I would put his power level at a ssj4 strength... just give him a transformation

Pikkon would've reached SSJB tier in a flash, if Gohan can go from being weaker than Piccolo wile SSJ2 form to being a rival to SSJB in the same day, then Pikkon who trains constantly can do it too far weaker characters have been given that position just out of nowhere, in super, fodder characters like android 17, Frieza, Trunks a weakened untrained Gohan, U6 saiyans heck even Ribrianne, are all rivaling and even surpassing Goku and Vegeta's bases SSJ forms and even SSJB forms just by the way super is written in a lazy way to make everyone relevant again, so Pikkon would get the same power boost that everyone else has been getting which would be justified as "he did training" that's just what justifies every lazy power boost in super, Roshi is suddenly SSJ level getting hits on frost and in the manga is dodging hits from Jiren, of course Pikkon would be SSJB level if he was shoe horned into the tournament of power, look at all the weak ass characters, in every universe team, 99% of them looked like complete useless fodder, just jokes, so Pikkon a more serious character would be one of the stronger characters similar to Hit, SSJB doesn't even have a power level its all plot, it goes up and down, but remains not too far away for early buu saga tier characters to reach.

I believe Cell was repressed, so Pikkon is between ssj & ssj2 level at his introduction. That being said, his growth was probably stunted before Goku as he didn’t have an actual challenge. Then they could’ve trained 7 years together. Realistically, I see Pikkon being on Piccolo’s level. The two are parallels anyway, why not a fusion? P.s. I still don’t think Roshi should be on the team, but if he had to be, bye bye Tien.

Pikkon would have been the answer to the Frost threat. He would have relieved 18 to fight along 17 which made a better pair fighting together than 18 and Krillin. He would have probably kept Piccolo from falling off the platform but would have lost to Hit, Jiren, Toppo. Pikkon would have lost to Kefla. Since Frieza was technically dead he would have done fine too and revived by Beerus to live in the Western Quadrant and train with a body.

Pikkon was stronger than Perfect Cell (who was almost SSJ2) when first introduced. Android 17 was stronger than a Super Sayajin 1 when first introduced. In Super Pikkon would most likely be stronger than 17. If only Piccolo scaled like 17 seeing as they were practically equal in DBZ.

Pikkon isn’t important enough and under the otherworld power restrictions 17 was built to improve pikkon in the 7 year span between cell and buu he’s stayed at perfect cell level he’s a side character that’s it. Saying he’s gonna over power characters written and built to become strong as or stronger than goku is absurd also remember gero only had them so low because he predicted goku to be weaker heart virus and all so the androids but 16 are supposed to be near on slightly lower than goku level. That’s why 17 is at ssjb level pikkon was a fighter in his own way it makes more sense to compare him to the super warriors but even then no super warrior has surpassed ssj3 krillin is a low god level maybe but that’s it.

When the anime showed Pikkon getting his hit in on Cell, it looked like he was using a technique similar to Kaioken. So could have been at a base level similar to Goku at full power SSJ, but able to amp up his power in bursts.

They would've put him around Mystic Gohan's level. Might not make a lot of sense, but that's the sheer amount of upscaling they gave the entire roster added onto a natural offscreen progression of a side character. He likely would've hung on until around when Gohan was eliminated, or a bit earlier. They might have had him taking Gohan's place as the one who takes Dyspo with him, while Gohan would go on to maybe take a hit for one of the remainder of the roster later on. That, or the whole way the ToP played out would change drastically, since Pikkon really only ever interacted with Goku and barely with Frieza before this, it would make sense that his path would vary greatly from whomever he replaced, as he likely wouldn't have stuck with the crew at the start.

Pikkon in the ToP would've been super helpful. His level would be on par with a character like Hit. Time passes differently in otherworld, so like the time chamber, Pikkon had and has been constantly training for thousands of years. So from last we saw that he owned perfect cell, stands to reason that somewhere around Hit seems proper to me.

I would say Pikkon would be on Hit's level. The two are sorta like two sides of the same coin with many aspects between the two being parallel yet opposite from their personalities to their fighting styles and techniques. Pikkon's wide ranging and AOE attacks are perfectly suited for disposing the weaker adversaries in one go.

The fact people compare him to roshi who clowned jiren, gohan who fought kefla and the Z fighters who all individual are ssj3 krillin low god level is insane, yea he’d get a power boost to maybe low god level but he’s not as noticeable or popular as them. Anything he offers they offer and more he doesn’t off a brilliant mind or unfathomable strength the androids offered that in their debut and thus got a spot they deserved. The OtherWorld Tournament Arc took place two years into the seven year time skip after the Cell Games. So it is not unbelieveable that Goku woukd be stronger since then. This is stated by the narrator himself.

He has yet to appear in DBS. DBN considered Krillin is the weak link to the team and rightfully so, then both Tienshahan & Roshi are both replaceable in term of power. I would rather have Pikkon replace Frieza not only he is already evil, but he also deceitful and not trust worthy as well in term of team work. Frieza still turn on Goku during the recruiting before the tournament, trying to negotiate with other universes to be apart of their teams competitors instead, and also doing his own thing in the tournament mostly observing and attempted to betray Universe 7. Then he finally decided to join in and help to fight realizing he couldn't gets any benefits for himself. If he was that last warrior standing in that ring instead of Android 17 to obtain his right for the Super Dragon Ball, I think his wish is to dethrone both Omni Kings Grand Zeno for him to sit up there rather than reviving all the erased universes. If they bring back Pikkon, I'm sure his power level has improve compare to the last encounter in DBZ, and the same for Cell and Dabura-I would mostly preferred over Frieza.

Grand Zeno allowed them to do it but only on the condition that Goten and Trunks will be immediately disqualified if the fusion wore off before the end of the tournament as that would give Universe 7 11 fighters. I think I'd have to- sadly- drop Tien in favor of Pikkon, if I were to remove someone. I do like Tien, but the only true advantage he has over Krillin- the other contender for weakest member of the roster- is his Kiko-ha, which burns his own life force to use. Krillin has a wife and daughter to fight for, increasing his motivation, while Tien has only friendships and a personal desire to survive, which everyone in the roster has. In terms of raw power I'd put Pikkon... Hmm... I'd say somewhere in the middle range: certainly above Roshi, Tien, and Krillin, but beneath Frieza, Goku, and Vegeta, so somewhere around 17, 18, Piccolo and Gohan. However, Pikkon's levels of skill and technique would be better; Pikkon had not only a lifetime of being a warrior, but also some indeterminate period of training in the afterlife (vaguely hinted to be hundreds of years, perhaps even a millenium.) It's pretty much been accepted that even if you "keep" your body in the afterlife, it's not as strong and durable as a real one, so I'd say Pikkon is perhaps weaker in terms of purely physical ability than others near his power level, but more skilled in energy manipulation, due to his long time spent training in the afterlife. Pikkon should not only have developed and perfected many of his own techniques, but learned those of many other fighters as well. Additionally, Pikkon will have seen many more techniques that he did NOT learn while in the afterlife; and Pikkon is too competent a fighter to not have at least given thought to how to counter these moves. This should give Pikkon a significant advantage over many other fighters in the Tournament of Power in terms of defending and countering against hostile moves. One last thing to consider is that we've little to no information on Pikkon's race; it's a big floating question mark. There's been nothing to say that significant transformations are or are not possible for him, too. Between transformations and fusion techniques, though, practically everyone has some kind of alternate, stronger form available in the show, lol. I factor this as kind of a wild card, sort of like an asterisk after a world record, indicating that there could be extenuating circumstances but we don't have enough data to work with. It's something to think about, though not give a ton of weight to.

Well for comparsion yamcha with scaling is implied to be able toone shot super perfect cell and be close to fat buu if not kid buu using filler and time skips so then we have kirillin who trains hard and is way stronger and so if pikkon is as most buu saga level or even super saiyan 3 vegito in buu sagathan he wont be much help since the humans at this point are equal to buu saga vegito
