Villains don't have as much of a rogue's gallery as heroes. Usually these 2 villains will have beef with many heroes in whatever comic book verse they're in. It will most likely be a group versus that one villain, such as Thanos against Avengers or Darkseid against Justice League and that's it. There won't be much content for us to enjoy like that of a hero fighting against villains of another hero.

How does the flash get past Sue's absolute invisibility and force fields that can withstand blasts from Galactus? Is the FF slow him down even a little hes cooked. You dont think the Reed Richard's cant account for a little bit of speed? Whats he gonna do punch Reed? Use lightning on a rubber man? While he gets tripped up in Reeds rubber Sue grabs then crushes him with her force feild the Punches him into a crater in the ground then Johnny sits on the crater and goes super nova for good measure. Flash vs Surfer is not a sure win. Due to Surfer having extremely high degree of Telepathy... Easily on par with Martian Manhunter. On top of that he has Cosmic awareness ie he could know what speedsters game is. As well as fact Surfer has later fought against beings that are abstract level such as the ones the ones exist at the big bang / collapse of everything. And he overcame them, even absorbed and contained the force emitted from that event. To point even Galactus waa in awe and restoring him from near death said that he is puzzled as to how one so insignificant and outclassed can still overcome odds that should far outway him. But do agree that I n a first encounter, if Surfer overlooks Flash, doesnt tap into his comic awareness or does his whole good guy thing. *and* at same time Flash goes all out from get go to take advantage of it, Surfer is kind of screwed. But thats just it, for a sure win for Flash, those variables need be right.
