It happens so often to me that I lose fights that I think I should win with equal armys but having the counter on my side, even with proper micro. I usually blame my micro for this or for not determining army sizes right, but its probably also not knowing well the raw base-stat strength of units of civs I usually dont play. Why dont go into more myth units in this game? I think a few minos or lions could have helped the mid-end game fight, as he didn´t had many priests and I thought forcing him into priest without overcommiting into myths would also help?

NICE I do the exact same playing hades against Egyptian. Quick 2nd TC and 2x stables. I like Ares over Athena bc of the divine damage you get for prodromos. Comes in huge late game if they mass War Elephants. No restoration though

Is earthquake too weak? I think you did click it in the correct spot for maximum damage

Earthquake needs a buff compared to most t4 specials it sucks
