I don’t think wooly is evil at all. I just think he deals with his trauma differently by trying to forget it or cover it up. He seems to be the only one who is trying somehow to move forward despite their situation and he’s trying to keep Amanda sane. He has his own way of trying to survive their situation. But Amanda wants to escape. She is grieving the life she can’t have anymore. She isn’t dealing with the situation very well and is way more prone to violence because of it. So they’re constantly at odds because Amanda is reacting way more volatile about their situation while Wooly is just trying to keep his sanity. But he’s also terrified of Amanda, too, although not as much as he used to be since it seems like she can’t actually kill him. I think Wooly did something to betray her trust before because of how twisted and volatile she became. I think it has something to do with him trying to talk with us alone in the last game. Maybe even something to do with him telling us to burn the tapes in the demo. Amanda is willing to hurt people while wooly has tried to save people from their show.
