I like the usability of the plastic tube vs the cardboard tube. you can find a cork that fits the tube or make one from wood and put other types of cord or fishing supplies etc inside.

I keep bankline in my kit and in my vehicles. I use mainly #36, but #12 is useful for small jobs.

"I probably never heard of bankline before I heard of bankline." LOL! Yogi Berra would be proud. Thanks for this video, Mate! Btw, I really like that Primus backpacking stove. What model is that? And that's and awesome bag you made! I'd buy one of those!

10:17 You say to double braid the line. Then you begin double braiding with your hands off camera. When you finished braiding you held it up then tossed it off camera. Realize a gazillion folks will not have a clue how to double braid line, thus it would have been helpful for you to demonstrate your technique for double braiding. Oh yes your rambling. The video title is "What Is ‘#36 Bankline’ and Why is it Awesome", then you go on and on and on for just under four minutes about nothing related to #36 Bankline. You must do much better.

As far as I know #36 bank line is pretty much #36 nylon twine tarred for rot, and abrasion resistance.

2 different things. mason's twine(both the silky kind and the cotton string kind) will abrade very quickly. bank line will not. do a comparison. you can never have too much cordage.

Just a bit of constructive criticism, dude. Not being offensive, but a little too many Ummm's, and Ahhh's. If you were to eliminate them, you would come across as more professional, and intelligent.
