In this video, I'm recapping what happened in weeks 6-10 of my reverse diet journey! It's actually been a total of FOURTEEN weeks since I finished my last cutting phase. Holy cow time is flying.
It feels like I'm FINALLY feeling recovered from thoughts about food and my hunger and appetite are finally settling down!
I also talk about how it's normal and expected for the scale to be up a couple pounds post fat loss because of more carbs and water in the body from increasing calories.
