I just came across to this channel, when i wanting to learn about athleticism because i wanted to have an athletic body since a very long time. This video is helping me so much to start my journey, Thank You Strenght Matters! I hope there is more video coming up talking abaout this topic. also i liked how you explained the thing, it made feel like im listening to some professor lecture!

Great stuff James!! In total agreement with you. Ironically the stronger I got with Barbell training the SLOWER and less REACTIVE I got with speed and athleticism. Strength is important but so is POWER, SPEED, REACTIVITY and PLAY. Such a great topic to talk about and dissect.

It’s crazy right! It’s funny how we all go back into this cycle! It’s crazy man, I’m doing more of your primal speed stuff now than ever! Can’t believe it’s taking me this long to make it a part of my weekly schedule and focus on it! Feel so much better!

My brother in law needs to watch this, hes 5 and a half foot tall and all of 300lbs. He claims to be an athlete because hes good at mini golf, corn hole and billiards
