I'm 50 but like a scared child. I'm alone and just feel the need to be cared for I'm so anxious and depressed all the time. I have nobody, no interests no work and severe social anxiety that stops me going anywhere. I feel stuck and have no will to live. I identify with this.

Thanks very much for this video 😊 much of this rings true. As a result of my autonomy developmental trauma I find it very difficult making choices. Choosing a partner. Choosing a career. Choosing whether or not to get out of bed! Pretty much everything. Please could you offer any further advice? One video I watched suggested the only way to tackle this is through intimate relationships. But I can't choose a partner! Any help would be massively appreciated. Thank you 😊

A therapist let me go during some of my hardest time because of my resistance to change.. she said there was nothing else she could help me with ..I went on to numbness, unhealthy coping skills and loss of self and even became homeless..but I'm here now and ready to hope again
