Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast is beautiful. The natural surroundings make it iconic. Queensland doesn’t need to be what it isn’t.

There is a whole lot of empty land at the back of nudgee college in Virginia and it backs onto the train line. This is a heck load of land and my solution is to develop that into an Olympic park. A new station would be built on the line and it would be one stop away from the Brisbane entertainment centre which would also host some events (and get a badly needed renovation) and it would be less than 15 minutes from the city. And we are talking about a lot of land. Just look on google maps. Also could build good access from the gateway and could include an Olympic village

You don't need an Eiffel Tower. Just make a well organise and fun Olympic (and a good metro system 😉 ), share your culture and everybody will be pleased to have participated in this one. France has his own "nature", its characteristics and they showed them to the world Just show yours !

We don’t have much poo in the Brisbane river but the bull sharks could really add some interest in the aquatic events and add some real inspiration in breaking records.

Brisbane river is not too wide for a ceremony. In fact, its width actually allows for more space for a bigger performance.

Hi everyone it seems like everyone forgot that Melbourne hosted our arguably most successful games in 1956. No olympics has Australia been on the podium on the medal talley at the end of the games.

Arguably is debatable! I reckon they’ll get it right by 2032 (!!!!) at a cost, unfortunately, to the taxpayer. I was in London 2012, and Paris. The city was literally shut down to the local people and an absolute inconvenience to the normal day to day way of life. This is what the Olympics bring along with its corporate image. That corporate image is what will save the games provided the organizers do not forget the local population.
