Substitute beef hot dogs, e.g. from Sam's Club. Two reasons: 1) they're inexpensive and 2) usually include all parts of a cow or in the lingo "Head to Tail", so you get a variety of nutrients.

To the doctor's point, and very timely: when I was eating nothing but meat and cruciferous vegetables such as celery and brussel sprouts (they actually burn calories to digest) I lost weight very quickly but was in the best shape of my life. Zero health issues. Getting back into it now. Started snacking on carbs, sugars -things I used to never eat about 4 years ago and now I'm the heaviest I've ever been and feeling old. Meet is the cleanest thing we eat. Vegetables are optional, but things like carrots and corn are fairly fattening. Stick to the stuff that costs calories to digest.

Oh, sure, that's because "some people" think you must eat carbs to be healthy. When you advise people not to eat off the USDA "plate", or avoid entire aisles of a supermarket, you're calling many people wrong and hitting many people in the pocketbook. So just like Peanut the Squirrel and Fred the Raccoon, you will be hunted down.

48:00 Sam's Club hot dogs are quite inexpensive, and four of them are a pound of beef. Not just muscle, but organ meats as well. Hell, you can buy them (with a wheat-based hot dog holder that you can easily peel off and discard) for slightly more than a dollar at the Sam's Cafe. They don't even look at you funny when you order four.

I went keto for a few years and I lost weight, and totally got rid of my chronic acid reflux. I don’t think this carnivore diet is for everyone, since we evolved as hunter gatherers. I think it’s junk food, processed food, etc…that is killing us. I believe fresh veggies are important to eat too for most people, but it depends on the person. Like yes, it’s more efficient to let other animals to process the food to give us a more refined nutrient, but don’t tell me a healthy person can’t do it themselves.

I no longer need all the cabinets and sq footage now. Snowball effect. Go open your fridge and realize you will not be buying 99.9% of what’s in there. You will no longer need a 25sq ft refrigerator… only for the day’s meat, butter bacon and eggs. You will no longer have a cabinet for tons of Supplement$. The benefits are great!
