It does work. I have used it for neck pain, headaches, panic attacks, cravings, insomnia, self-love. Yes I use it on everything.

I swear this is amazing... I was having anxiety and was borderline panic attack and I spoke positive and neglected my fears and I got super relaxed. Amazing. Idk if its placebo or it really works.. But its great!

I like to say that this is one of the best and pleasant videos about the tapping technique. Thanks to this video I finally got the info I needed to hear and see to be able to do it myself. Not like just looking at other people doing it for a few minutes. Good to understand, why and how to do it. Thank You both. Lovely to see bro and sis, very relaxed.

It is one of this Worlds simplest systems; that anyone can do freely and immediately, for self-change and self-actualization. You will never be, do, or have the same negative feelings, thoughts, emotions, cravings, or reactions to the same things, over and over again, EVER AGAIN! Freedom can finally be yours, just by tapping, while simply repeatedly telling yourself a well worded and re-affirming statement; clearly stating that you have personally accepted the problem or condition in your life.

This works wonders. For me the best mechanism to cope with my ptsd. I find it even that it can be used to release trauma. After a long EFT session, I can feel completely at ease. Until the next trigger ofcourse.

My mother told me about the tapping technique and I may give it a try. I have a job interview this afternoon and will have to give it try before my interview. I know I have a good chance of getting the job. It would be a great jobs that would provide a good income for my wife and I .

Check out the tapping app. There are some free eft sessions for specific things that you can try, some you need to pay for. Also watch more videos to understand it better. Read the book if you can. I got it from the public library a few years ago. Always write down the before number of 1-10, it's easy to forget that it was bad. Also, try to be specific with your words. And then just go a few rounds. If something else shows up in your mind, tap on that, too. And try for a few days or weeks if you need. See what happens. Maybe keep a journal so you can read back over what happened.

Hi, I see no one has answered your question, and I may be too late for you. We are using our energy system, which gets blocked etc (as described in video) - we have very individual responses, and it sounds like you are very sensitive to what is going on in your body. Just taking what you have said, I believe that what you are feeling is your energy system responding to the tapping you are doing. even though it is not specific, you will be stimulating your energy system. If it gets too much, or if when working on an issue, an emotional response if becomes very impactfull, just tap the karate chop point saying "this emotion, or this feeling" till the strength of the response becomes comfortable. At that point decide if you will continue the work you started or take a break and come back to it later. that has to be your decision, but i would seriously consider getting back to it if you can. If it continues to get too much, working on your own, find an EFT therapist to work with you till it is gone or comes down to a level you feel happy to work on your own with again

i have a question... maybe someone can answer it... ok, so yes, this does look funny if u do it in public... so that is out of the question. so what do u do if ur source of stress is out in public? for example... if u tap on your job one night when u get home does that mean the next day u will feel less anxiety at work the next day? because i don't think u can go into the bathroom at work and start tapping. if ppl heard u they would think u were crazy. same w/ my other issue causing me stress- it is my violin lesson. so i tap on that at home. my lesson is an hr away from home. by the time i get there, does the effect of tapping wear off?
