you can use isop. alcohol to clean the grease but there are better specific detergents. you can damp a cloth and clean the parts. Isopropyl alcohol doesn't damage the skin if used not daily. I think 80 alcohol / 20 water is good

You can use alcohol but to clean keyboard wood and mouses alcohol is not perfect, I think a normal detergent will do the work. 99% alcohol is used mainly to clean optical parts, OPC drums and glasses

I don't know what is exact the membrane of your game control but I think you can use isopropyl alcohol to clean every kind of plastic, no problem. In some cases it could create problems to ribber or latex

absolutely not! don't use ANY alcol or even soap for eye glasses, just water and a cloth. if they're really dirty buy a specific solution for glasses there are a lot of layers that can be damaged by alcohol.
