As a 6ft tall woman who LOVES wearing heels, it is heart warming to know that I have been wearing my perfect heel height this whole time 😌 my heel height after doing the 2nd method with the formula is 11.6 cm. Which is 5 inches and I LOVE wearing them even before knowing this formula😌….thanks girl!

I don't get that formula. If you reverse calculate, your legs are 66cm, which is incredibly short at 183cm body length. I think the last option is best: try to lift your heels with heels on. I'm 187 and I can lift 10cm heels 2cm from the ground easily, so I think it is a fine height for me.

Love your channel, I wear heels for the last 3 years and started with 11 and 13 cm stilettos XD. I can say now that my foot has naturally a deep arch, so 9 to 11 cm heels are super comfy. 13 and 14 are doable, but my knees hurt, and advice I would also give is for people to use the proper size, not one size smaller, neither one size larger, and if you tend to swallow< then materials that can stretch with your feet. Because if you feel secure in them, it definitely will make you comfortable. (173 height and size EU 40 if anybody wants to try).

hey here is a two part heels tip a dollar bill folded in half lengthwise is 3" as long as dollar bill in half covers heel no heel showing dollar bill lengthwise is 6" long

And when you get older like me your feet change, I’m not the same as they were in my 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, I’m in my 60s now 63 years Young in Heart a Platinum senior service and I have a passion for shoes haven’t left yet, More comfort than anything I lifestyle too, But of course comfort is more than anything, we all have those shoes in our closet that you were them just to go into a building sit down and cross your legs and don’t walk around too much, which is so ridiculous but we all have done it, now that I’m older I still have a pair of those, don’t come out too often and if they do there’s a nice comfortable. She was in my purse to change Those bad boys, It’s all about comfort! Because if you don’t you pay for it later! 🥰😍🧑🏾‍🦲🥰 Excellent video ! Based on the the first formula I can get away with 3.5" heels. I bought some Aldo heels on sale and they looked nice. I had not measured the heel height because I had little experience with heels. They turned out to be a little over 4". After a few hours at an event I started loosing feeling in the ball of my foot and toes. It's taken four days of recovery before I can feel my toes again. One thing I noticed is that the arch of my foot was not supported (there was a gap between my arch and the insole). Drawing upon the knowledge of your previous videos and personal knowledge of my feet I deduced that I have a flexible flat foot yet they aren't flexible enough to bend to the contours of these shoes. My question for you is, should I just get rid of the shoes or would any type of adhesive insert solve this problem?

Get rid of the shoes ❤️ they are over 4” high and might be too tight for the width of your feet ❤️

I find a 4.75 to 5 inch is for me very comfortable. I typically wear a US 10.5 shoe. Anything under 4 inches is like no heel. I may be unique, I wear heels just about everyday but don't wear them 100% of the day. Back and forth to flat foot and heels seems to keep my feet well adjusted. Been wearing heels for over 30yrs, starting in my mid 20's once I decided I didn't care what others thought since I'm a man. Enjoyed the video, informative.
