What is the Significance of Spider Veins Around My Ankles?

Thank You... I have those spider veins right leg ankles both sides inner side more and varicose on my right leg as well I was told the valve doesn't work or I have a hole in my vein 🤷‍♀and I don't like them I've had sclerotherapy needle pricks about 40 in one leg, they worked a bit, but people need to do an ultrasound to see where the main problem is causing the issue no one to do that here ... We need you people in Bermuda, they need a vein clinic here on this island

Can gsv reflux cause a couple spider veins on inside and outside of bottom foot? I had ultrasound done but it didn't show reflux in ssv?

I have vein reflux and I had that surgery where they cut a incision in your thigh years ago but they are all around my ankles.

You had vein ligation and stripping? And they came back? I'm worried about doing a procedure just for them to come back
