Very insightful exercise. Especially the anger and heartbroken ones. I have heard of what you envy was what you want before, but not the others. I'm always questioning my purpose so this is terrific knowing I'm on the right track and to keep on going. Thanks. Sidenote...I'm an ISFP and husband is an INTJ.

I feel like as in INFP i reflected through life which is constantly changing so much that i do not know what it is that i actually want. All i feel is constant envy, anger, or incontemp with life with little explanation to the cause. Talked to a lot of people but basically circled back to where i was at deepest point in life no matter how much time flows. I just started follow through this series today and would like to express my appreciation to your kindness that you shared your valuabke lessons you've extracted from books or other sources. It really means a lot to me. I hope to stick to this and better my life by making clear boundaries for myself and create a habit that stick to pursue my life work. Posting this to hold myself accountable to this journey

Yes yes yes, can't wait to fill in the PDF later today. This is going to be so transformational for me personally, as I've been overthinking my life's work for like a year now 😵‍💫 this technique is breaking it down in a rational way, and that's really helpful for a left-brain person like me. Also, thank you for being so open and authentic, it's beautiful to hear what you're passionate about, it makes connecting with you effortless! ❤️

Wow this has to be the most beautiful way I've ever heard anyone explain your purpose. I am deeply thankful to you Alexis! Can't wait to share this with my girls. To be able to have this info at a younger age I would hope would really help give them a huge jump in life. I love it.

I've been following your content for a while trying to motivate myself to actually go out there and produce all these ideas I have. During pandemic I've got stuck with only self-help books and activism literature. As an INTJ, with a bit of impatience and anger at injustices, I see a lot of similarities between what you've put in your diagrams and what I put in mine's haha. Anyway, thank you for your content! great series!
