It’s so easy to grab and go in the morning!

Piña Colada Overnight Oats
Serves 2
2/3 cup rolled oats
4 tsp. chia seeds
2 tsp. honey or maple syrup
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop coconut Tone It Up Protein
1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Combine everything in a bowl.
2 Split mixture into two mason jars. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
