We call someone a leader not because they are in charge but because they have the courage to go first. To risk first. To trust first.

Most leaders are there for the immediate reward and don't lead. A real leader invests in the task and the team. If you pay attention to the people and trust them they pay you back a much bigger reward and will be successful.

A person who doesn't lead isn't worthy of being called a leader. To become a leader you must lead through the challenges.

When you've been in leadership positions, you're more likely to thank those doing the thankless job. Most people have no idea what it takes.

And if you have nobody for talking, it s a big risk to trust anyone, I ve tried and lost a lot of money for this and a coach is only interested to take your money finally. Of course, find a partner is the kee I guess but they can not have the same vision as you but yes, they can add complementarity and this, it can be a new start. Thank you for your help

I love what this man says and Believe there was a time when it would be a trustworthy way to lead. Unfortunately as someone who has worked in multiple industries, this does not work. Government is giving incentives to hire and promote certain people to positions they are not qualified or appropriate for. Hard work is only awarded more hard work and not promotion. People with degrees of all aspects, not getting paid what they are worth or are working in a completely different field because they don’t fit the narrative. A huge amount of middle class jobs have been replaced with illegal migration wich is stifling wages and causing inflation . It’s disgusting out here what is happening in the American economy.

Companies don’t pay you what you are worth, they pay you what they can get away with. They could pay us more, they simply choose not to. Which is why they whine every time there is a suggestion to raise the minimum wage. It’s all about profit nothing else matters to them. My company was just purchased by another and all the little perks have been cut, day 1. Like cutting provided tea and coffee in the tea rooms.

I can't agree with your comment about government. The civil service is far, far better than the private sector about hiring from within, that is, people working their way up the chain from entry/working level within their respective career field

Courage is external? I am not sure about that. There are characters who have courage early on with a lot of uncertainties along the road. And others may not. You can learn to have more, but there is something in you, which gives you more courage than maybe your peers have.

He says a lot of things which I don't think our true. He says that will however. I'll give credit to that. Most people in the military I've ever heard speak talk about doing heroic deeds for the sake of their country and the people back home not for the person to the left or right of them.

And I think you are right. However, they are leaders if people are following them - that is doing what is expected of them.

*"If greatness of purpose, smallness of means, and astonishing results are the three criteria of a human genius, who could dare compare any great man in history with Muhammad? The most famous men created arms, laws, and empires only. They founded, if anything at all, no more than material powers which often crumbled away before their eyes. This man moved not only armies, legislations, empires, peoples, dynasties, but millions of men in one-third of the then inhabited world; and more than that, he moved the altars, the gods, the religions, the ideas, the beliefs and the souls. "On the basis of a Book, every letter which has become law, he created a spiritual nationality which blend together peoples of every tongue and race. He has left the indelible characteristic of this Muslim nationality the hatred of false gods and the passion for the One and Immaterial God. This avenging patriotism against the profanation of Heaven formed the virtue of the followers of Muhammad; the conquest of one-third the earth to the dogma was his miracle; or rather it was not the miracle of man but that of reason. "The idea of the unity of God, proclaimed amidst the exhaustion of the fabulous theogonies, was in itself such a miracle that upon it's utterance from his lips it destroyed all the ancient temples of idols and set on fire one-third of the world. His life, his meditations, his heroic revelings against the superstitions of his country, and his boldness in defying the furies of idolatry, his firmness in enduring them for fifteen years in Mecca, his acceptance of the role of public scorn and almost of being a victim of his fellow countrymen... This dogma was twofold the unity of God and the immateriality of God: the former telling what God is, the latter telling what God is not; the one overthrowing false gods with the sword, the other starting an idea with words. "Philosopher, Orator, Apostle, Legislator, Conqueror of Ideas, Restorer of Rational beliefs.... The founder of twenty terrestrial empires and of one spiritual empire that is Muhammad. As regards all standards by which human greatness may be measured, we may well ask, is there any man greater than he?"* Tribute by a French NON-Muslim poet, statesman, historian: Alphonse de LaMartaine in 'Historie de la Turquie,' Paris, 1854.

I didn't like the noises the woman was making. So irritating and interrupting... 😂 Ok, on a serious note - I'm a leader, a quiet one I must admit. I like to watch such videos and gain valuable knowledge, regardless if I agree or if I disagree with the message of the vid.
