Ok, guys, I have to admit...I came across your channel after I met the most lovely and at same for me weirdest woman ever. Then she told me she had ADHD....I saw your videos and O full started understanding. Your videos and books have become our guideline since. I truly learned to sympathize with her, understand challenges and we are so happy. You saved our relationship. We love you guys. Thank you ❤

Just today, she told me...she had three meetings with friends yesterday and she promised actually to spend a fun day with me, but she is totally ADHD overwhelmed, and I told her...all is ok, I feel for you, just relax fully today. My old me would have had a hurt ego...why does she spend time with all her friends and today when wanted to out she can't I have to bring her tea to bed. But I embraced and she was the most happiest women, as she finally felt understood thangs to you guys. Really, all you tell is so true and in can be so rewarding to just be understanding

While my ADHD symptoms generally align very closely with yours, I don't have all the same. I also present differently from a lot of other ADHD content creators that I've seen. It might be helpful for you to post something to explain that ADHD has a range, with some being more attention deficit and others more hyperactive. Different people will have different symptoms and/or different levels of each. I haven't seen anyone talk much about that. For example, I hit pretty much everything from this video except losing things. I always put my keys, wallet, etc in the same place so I know where they are.

Yep, once something finds a home, there better be an absolutely critical reason to move it! No sense in trying to put it elsewhere; I’ll never find it again! Also, a task for us being about 1/10 of a task for those without ADHD! This all seems so normal, though I know it isn’t! 😅

I can be really terrible for losing my glasses. Either they've been stuck on my head, or sometimes, I've lost them and I'd start storming around the house like a total maniac throwing a complete tantrum trying to find them. Can't see absolutely nothing what's in front of me, at all, and then I'd pipe up, "What am I going to do, they're just nowhere to be found - somebody must have snook in the house and nicked them because they've gone. It's the only explanation to where they could be." And then, I'll find them.....In my hand. Used to think to myself, I've never known anything like this.....What an absolute simpleton, I am. Then I'd get upset because I'd feel like an utter trollop for not knowing they were in my hand all along. 🥹🥲😭 And the hoover, I can't stand hooving. Hoovering my stairs are the worst, i think it's because i can't just whiz around at speed and get it done like the rest of the carpet-y parts in my house, so it gets on my wick having to do my stairs, dead bad. I just leave it half the time until the dog hairs and crumbs start looking like a layer of top soil has been put down....😅 Hate wrapping the cord too, most boring thing, ever! Same as waiting for the tap to fill the kettle up, I blast both taps together to fill it, otherwise it's like waiting until doomsday, else, and i still stand there saying, "Come on, hurry up." It really does bother me just standing at the sink until it decides to fill up. 😅
