Exactly everyone is beautiful in their own way just because they are short,petite, over weight, or have deformities that effect various parts. Of the human body doesn’t make them less pretty or handsome than the next person the miracle of life let’s them continue living on today and so on. Beauty shouldn’t be measured on the ratio of this or that and the color of your hair or skin people are perfect the way they are. They can go through small improvements that make them comfortable but they shouldn’t ever feel they don’t belong in the skin they were birthed in.

None of us do. Sadly, not everyone's opinions are "nice" I'll call it. But even with a mean comment, you can say it nicely, or not at all. So even without knowing an opinion. It still there. "Did she continue being who she is no matter how much hate she got?" She can't really change herself. It's something that she was born with. It's not like she can go into "world edit mode" or "Edit your character". You can change your body, plastic surgery, implants, etc. But she can't really do that due to her disability.
