This is my exact setup for my carb refeeds, or high carb days, on my current carb cycling program. Carb refeeds are ideal once you're past the early stages of dieting where progress isn't as smooth anymore, or as you're reverse dieting your way back into a more manageable calorie level. This is especially true if your goal includes maintaining or adding muscle while decreasing bodyfat, and let's be realistic - isn't that pretty much always the goal?
For those interested, here are the exact calories and macros for this day:
Calories - 5057
Protein - 268g
Fat - 31g
Carbs - 927g
