♡ Easy Overnight Breakfast Recipe ♡
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (not quick oats)
1 Cup Almond/Coconut Milk (add more to make it runnier)
Scoop of Plain Yogurt
Desired amount of Chia Seeds (or completely swap with the oats and do a Chia Pudding)
Splash of Maple Syrup (1 tablespoon)
Cinnamon and/or Vanilla extract if you want
1 Mashed Banana (or swap for a different fruit)
Mix together and place in fridge overnight - no cooking and serve cold.
Add almond butter or anything you'd like....top in the morning with fruit or/and honey.
