Hello you all. Big curiosity here in this subject. I saw the "pancake eating part" around the end of the video. I know as a fact that eating sugar after the protein&carbs meal slows down the digestiom process and makes it so hard so that the body can-t absorb the protein, but the sugar... yes it does. Is this even true?

Most people overthink nutrition. Keep it simple. Start off by hitting your calorie needs, then aim to optimize your macros through micro-nutrient dense foods. Everything after that is trivial and will have marginal effects at best.
