“Your appetite grows as you start to grow...” This applies to bulking too, just force-feeding till your stomach expands and can hold more so you start eating bigger portions, then more meals. It is a mission to eat for lifting. I’m a hardgainer so it’s difficult for me, but some minor changes like switching from bland ass chicken breast to more flavorful boneless skinless chicken thighs and ground turkey, it’s so much easier to eat!

Knightmare You need to look forward to the meals you’re eating and cooking, my issue is I don’t like eating it cold much...but yeah I know what you’re talking about, the moment you stop eating often, your stomach will shrink and you won’t crave eating every 2-3 hours. Trust me you just need to be consistent in training and diet and sleep.
@Kizdo69
@Kizdo69 5 жыл бұрын
VIVI1337 yeah man well I have a problem with my sleep only sleeping 4-6 interrupted hours a day and I admit I don’t stay disciplined with the other things. Still, I get by being stronger and better leaner physique than 95% of other 20 year olds with simply working out once a day and eating lots of protein so all this extra effort just doesn’t seem worth it to me

I need to be bigger though 163 at 6’2 doesn’t look good but I kinda hate food. I just force stuff in my mouth and hold my nose so I don’t have to taste it and that’s what worked for me so far.

Almost all sushi joints are all you can eat with a flat rate. But they additionally charge you for what you don't eat (leave on your plate) usually a dollar a piece.

@@Doctor-Stoppage that's awesome... how much is the flat rate? So they probably don't want too many heavy eaters then! In London... Sushi places are normally more high end and the bill keeps on increasing!

I gain weight extremely easy and I’m already 5’ 7” 245lbs. I hit the gym hard and heavy 4-5 times a week. But when I “eat like a bodybuilder”I start putting on massive amounts of weight and end up close to 260-270. I need the calories for my workouts but don’t want to be that big🤷‍♂️
