"From the river to the sea" It is worth noting that the partition plan of 1947 actually did allow both nations to extend from the river to the sea. Look at the maps produced to represent that partition.
@patricksweeney63343 ай бұрын
"...the partition plan of 1947 actually did allow both nations to extend from the river to the sea." Sort of. Though U.N. Resolution 181 (the proposed partitioning plan you mention) did also over-favor the new Israel-to-be. How? By suggesting a percentage of Palestine be given to them that exceeded the percentage of their existing population there (which they'd been working diligently to inflate for years). Predictably, the indigenous Palestinian Arabs cried foul, noting the illogical proportion allocated to the Zionists (based at least on population). Conversely, since the Zionists had intended to (eventually) take all of Palestine for themselves, they protested that the proposed proportioning was not enough. (!) Beyond that, the proposed partioning plan favored the Zionists with *better* land. Beyond *that*, when they declared themselves a state, the Zionists took even more than the U.N. plan had proposed.

Dear prof. Luckily the head of the university identified correctly what is antisemitic behavior. The fact that you’re Jewish has nothing to do with the fact that there is antisemitism. Telling Jews that their feeling is false, is very cynical. If you want to give your own interpretation to genocidal chants , it is YOUR issue , not the issue of 90% of the Jewish people. Don’t impose you feelings on others!!!

I am not from the U.S, I am from Iceland. I've seen a lot of videos from the student protests at U.S Universities, and the only violence I've seen was at a university in LA. The violence was not from the students, it was from the pro israel people, some of which were men around the age of 30 years old and have no connections to the school. These same men had been spotted at acuall anti-Semitic gatherings and Trump rallies, that is the only reason for why CNN made this short documentary and showed it on the Anderson Cooper show. These real anti-Semitic men were allowed to attack the student with flairs, metal rods and pepper-spray, while the LA police officers did nothing to stop these men attacking these peaceful students. It was really disrturbing to watch, the police should´ve stopped these adult men attacking the students on campus ground, it make me sick and it made me think about who do these police officers serve. I've stopped watcing all "mainstream" media after I saw so clearly how they spin everything for some agenda. I don't understand how so called journalists are just ok with spreading lies, harmful lies. I think medias that do this need to be held resposible for this. The media impacts so much how people think about things and how they see it, and to be able to spread harmful lies without any kind of responsability is wrong and immoral.
