What I find suspicious is the fact that he gets home, her vehicle is there, she isn't. Okay, I can understand not jumping to conclusions, and just taking a shower. But, when he gets out of shower, she's still not there, so instead of calling her cell phone, he calls Lacis mom and tells her she's missing! Wouldn't it be more logical to call Lacis cell phone first, then, if Laci didn't answer, then call her mom? To me, that says it all!

Never touching their partners stomach to feel the baby kick, even a little, that’s a huge red flag for a to be father showing signs of trepidation about the impending birth of their child; usually since fathers don’t have that internal connection as the mother does they want the stimuli of feeling the baby move, especially when it occurs to the point when it can be felt externally (hand on the stomach). They may not want to do it constantly, however it’s extremely odd behavior to never want to touch where the baby is.
@Crazycatladybxl6 жыл бұрын
It's actually pretty common for dads-to-be not to want to touch their wife's belly all the time. And the fact that she said "he never wants to do it" doesn't mean it was true. Maybe he did but not enough for her standards. God knows I accused my hubby for this multiple times during my pregnancies. It was not true, however. Lol
@abrahamlinkinpark5 жыл бұрын
Actually no it’s not and it’s not a man only thing. Many people (men and women) feel like it’s an awkward thing so just because he’s the dad doesn’t mean he must love it or it makes him a bad dad or a psychopath. I’ve had 2 babies and I couldn’t even stand watching someone else’s belly move around.
@Nikki_815 жыл бұрын
Only wanting to touch the belly once in a while would be fine .... but never wanting to? Or feeling uncomfortable about it? That IS weird.... that is your baby! I dont think I have ever met a man (or woman) who wasn't excited to feel a baby kick..... especially their own baby (or family members baby) !!! So this would make me have "red flags" as it did her mother!!!!

It creeped me out so much! It's like one of those microexpressions one can not control. If he killed her he might feel some sort of satisfaction out of the fact that the body had not been found and there was no actual evidence against him. Like a "I'm getting away with it and I know more than I let out" .

I know I am late to this, I believe it's called "duping delight", Chris Watts did the same. It's due to the liar being pleased and proud that people are believing their bullshit (well, so they think anyway!). They are also both arrogant and believed that they could fool everyone.

I was deeply connected to this case since I was around the same age as Laci and I was due with my son around the same time. I gave birth on December 30, 2002. I've always felt in my heart it was Scott. Still do. His behavior was sketchy and his affair with Amber. In these sorts of cases, the majority of time the spouse is the one responsible. I noticed that Scott was just really not emotional about his pregnant wife disappearing. But I guess everyone grieves in different ways. What was interesting to me was in one of the interviews earlier on in this video, he says “she was...”. Now I feel like if I had a spouse and they disappeared I would be devastated. Most people usually deny right away, even after they know that a person is dead. But here, Scott just says she was.... almost like he knew she was dead or gone. Towards the end of the video in one of his interviews, he also said was. It seems like Scott didn’t have any doubt that his wife was dead. So excited to watch part 2 of this!

I live in N. Ca and I went to elementary school with a girl that moved from my town to Modesto and she actually ended up going to high school with Lacy and was on the cheerleading squad with her. She was friends with her (like "school friends." They didn’t keep in contact after high school) She described Lacy as a "firecracker." She said she was feisty. My friend believes to this day that Lacy found out about the affair and confronted Scott about it and they got into a fight and that’s when he killed her (and Connor.) Also, I never knew Laci was a Taurus. Now I understand why I always felt a connection to her.
@lemotheemonemo3 жыл бұрын
This theory makes more sense to me. There's evidence that Amber wasn't his only affair. So why would he kill Laci for Amber and not the other women? Regardless, thanks for sharing info about Laci. Nice to hear more about her.
@ashlieelizabeth81703 жыл бұрын
Wow! Good to know! Thank you for sharing. This makes so much more sense and very accurate compared the other 'stories' the news have shared about what happened to Laci and baby Connor
@Luv2LuvEm3 жыл бұрын
My elementary friend says that there is no way in hell Laci would know about his affair with Amber and be "fine with it" like Scott claimed. She said (especially because she was pregnant) she would have raised hell. That’s what she meant by "firecracker," she wouldn’t take crap. So idk if they were having a massive fight and something accidentally happened to her, or if he actually intended to kill her. But I do believe there was a huge fight.
