yulita YES like it could literally save a life. One of my best friends was murdered and police said she would've survived if the neighbors had called when they heard noises coming from her house, but no one did because "they try to keep to themselves and not disturb anyone." The noises were her struggling to get to the door after she was stabbed. No one called and she died alone and struggling... Even if you think it could just be noises from a movie or whatever. CALL. If anything they'll appreciate a good neighbor checking on them. We all gotta look out for each other. ❤

Valeria Reyes if this was a suicide which I don't think it was then it's not impossible she screamed. She could've screamed because of the pain or if she was regretting the decision to take her life, which happens a lot. And her hands being tied could have been on purpose in order to make sure she has no way of going back and saving herself if she wishes, hence screaming for help.
@biancaportillo65526 жыл бұрын
that doesn't make sense though because after she "jumped" they find a gag in her mouth. that means she would have been screaming for help for no reason before putting the gag in her mouth while tying herself up preparing to kill herself? so she couldn't have screamed out for help if she regretted the decision because we know that there was something blocking her mouth. she was definitely attacked, silenced, and thrown over that balcony.

I know this a time jump but also they said Rebecca was trying to cut herself free with the knife, and there’s a possibility that she could have stabbed or injured the person that attacked her, but they didn’t check to see if anyone had a fresh wound on them,also they could of had Adam, or the ex wife write on a door with paint to see if it looked like the other message at all, this case was poorly investigated and it saddens me that she suffered that much and is then accused of killing herself there’s no way she could of tied her hands behind her back and then tie the noose around her neck and then jump off a balcony, and you would think if she did kill herself that she would of at least left a note to her loved ones, I’m praying that she and max are peaceful playing together in heaven.

For me it's the gag that makes me think this was murder. If you were going to commit suicide why would you gag yourself? That's something you'd do to someone if you didn't want their screams to be heard.
@shesacamper14976 жыл бұрын
I don't think Rebecca committed suicide because why would she be naked, have been molested, gagged and hands tied behind her back? Seems like a lot of trouble when she could have just tied the rope around her neck and to the railing and jumped. I think Max and Rebecca's deaths are both shady. Interesting video and content Kendall. Thanks!!

I know some stuff about witchcraft because I am a witch . That ritual seems realy odd. It could be black magic but it still would be very odd. I haven't ever heard of a spell or ritual having you be naked in public. Let alone having you tie rope around your neck. Red candles means lust, personal empowerment, inner strength, courage, and energy. You Use red candles when you want to feel stronger, more proactive, empowered, or take control over your own circumstances. So maybe that had something to do with the red rope but the ritual/spell seems very odd to me.

The fact she was sexually assaulted with a knife leads me to believe Max’s mother was involved....when women sexually assault other women, they have to use objects...and if she genuinely believed Rebecca killed Max or injured him, she may have been enraged enough to take that action...

In murder cases, the victim is usually sexually assaulted with an object whether it’s a man or female, most likely because they don’t want to risk getting their DNA on her body.

I’m pretty sure Rebecca’s husband could forgive his brother for doing mouth to mouth on his dying wife. It’s as if he didn’t want to save Rebecca because he feared he’d be caught.

I know men that will sleep through you yelling their name a foot from the bed in the same room so... Also, if you flew into town to murder your brothers wife (which if your that wealthy im sure a random unconnected hit man would be hired) but if that was your plan, would you have your alibi be that you were the only other person on the property that night with her and that you then also found her in the morning? What struck me as most odd was that Adam admitted to doing CPR and yet there was no evidence of his DNA found anywhere on Rebecca's body. That to me is the most damning piece of evidence, but I'm also not sure what it all means or that, if he did commit the crime, he acted entirely alone. Rich people can also buy off other people, like cops or coroners, so I also think maybe Jonah was involved in some sort of monetary way. Whether he knew about the murder before hand or not, I don't know. But it seems to me that Rebecca was most likely murdered.

@koretmulder63164 жыл бұрын
Plus I don't know why they keep harping on the physics of the boy, the scooter, the railing, speed, carpet, etc. How many times have you seen kids simply start *climbing* on railings and bannisters? It's such a normal, common thing. Isn't it entirely possible - even likely - that a five year old might simply get off his scooter and start trying to climb onto a railing? Nobody saw him fall. They just found the scooter that he had been riding earlier near the railing.
@j1ung9964 жыл бұрын

My theory is Max’s mum did it. I think she pushed max or had something to do with his fall so she could blame it on Rebecca and maybe get full custody or make Jonah leave Rebecca thinking she did something to max. But Max’s fall was more serious then she planned so she had to think of another way to get Rebecca out the way, and she killed her.

Just because Dina was in the hospital during the time of the murder doesn't mean she couldn't have set someone else up to do it. The police and whole case in general are so aggravating, I just can't see how or why Rebecca would hang herself in such a bizarre way even when Max hadn't died yet. I didn't believe Adam did it until you mentioned how they had found none of his DNA on her body which just seems really odd. I can't explain Max's death but I feel like Dina would have a reason to kill Rebecca out of anger for the whole situation so maybe Dina and Adam conspiracized to kill Rebecca? I'm not 100% sure who did it but I know there is no way Rebecca committed suicide.

Thought I was the only one that noticed. She was horrible, I would be disappointed if I called 911 with a horrible issue like that and they don’t help

This case is so tragic. I wonder if they gave the ex-wife a polygraph as well? If not, why?
@ninam.69976 жыл бұрын
she had an alibi, she was at the hospital when rebacca died & there was security camera footage of it
@KhanMann666 жыл бұрын
Polygraphs don't work! Anyone can cheat the damn machine. Can't believe authorities still use this in crime case smh.

She may have been at the hospital herself but that doesnt mean she didnt help in planning something out of rage.

There is 💯 no way she killed herself and on top of that I also 💯 do not believe Max's fall was an accident.

TheSalisburyFamVlogs I don’t believe she killed herself, but I also don’t believe she hurt Max. I read a lot into this case and there’s counter evidence to what Dina’s lawyer used. I feel like Dina is doing what a lot of mothers/parents do in cases like this: look for someone to blame. Pretty clear to me that Max was attempting to slide down the railing with his scooter and of course it didn’t work and he reflectively tried saving himself with the chandelier. Jonah said himself that Max loved Rebecca and they were very close, so I can’t see her being involved in killing or hurting him.

I don't think Max was killed but Rebeccas death is 100% a murder!

Agreed. Maybe satanic sacrifice?

Likewise. I totally agree x

I think maybe Dina could’ve convinced Adam that it was all Rebecca’s fault (for Max falling) and had him kill her

So weird that on the 911 call he said “I got a girl” and “same place you came and got the kid yesterday” instead of saying I found my brothers girlfriend dead or my nephew was found dead here yesterday. Like wtf!

Giuliana Herrera he just stumbled upon someone in his relatively immediate family HANGING. He obviously wouldn’t be thinking straight and probably wouldn’t be able to give a quick and intricate description.

That first dispatcher was horrible. I work with dispatchers everyday and i am shocked at her attitude and how she can’t TRY (at least) to find the other call/address. Wtf

@baharn64816 жыл бұрын
naye human edition they do but he called on a cellphone which either takes longer or doesn’t return a location and if it does it’s not an exact address.
@Vyxans6 жыл бұрын
They have a system called ALI which stands for Automatic Location Identification but it doesn’t always work the way you think. Sometimes the signal can give a range of area and not the exact location.
@meowzy24396 жыл бұрын
naye human edition I managed a dispensary and we had an incident where a patient hit a security guard, had him on the hood of the truck and was zooming out of the parking lot into traffic, so the guard shot him in the neck. I was on the phone w 911 while my receptionist had her fuckin finger plugging his bullet wound and I repeated the address LITERALLY 20+ times till I was screamingg at the incompetent ass operator and gave the phone to someone to finish the call bc I could NOT w them. THENNNNN the ambulance drove back and forth a few times even though it was noon, not a difficult location at all, oh and like 5 ppl waving on the side walk. It was a fucking time let me tell ya.
@KaylanoelleG6 жыл бұрын
They can get it fast if you call off of a LAndline. But I’ve always hear it takes longer if called on a cell phone :(

i feel like the ex wife staged the boy falling and make it seem like rebecca pushed him or something so then the ex wife would get custody of the child,
@lizziemarie78776 жыл бұрын
I don’t think a hit man would do that kind of thing though, it seems quit a weird way to kill someone especially for a hit man I could be wrong because maybe that’s what they want us to think aha, but seriously what kind of person hires a hit man to do THAT? 🤨😒 good theory though!
