yulita YES like it could literally save a life. One of my best friends was murdered and police said she would've survived if the neighbors had called when they heard noises coming from her house, but no one did because "they try to keep to themselves and not disturb anyone." The noises were her struggling to get to the door after she was stabbed. No one called and she died alone and struggling... Even if you think it could just be noises from a movie or whatever. CALL. If anything they'll appreciate a good neighbor checking on them. We all gotta look out for each other. ❤

"after telling my sister I need to be strong for him" Yeah.... that makes perfect sense... How the hell did they seriously think this was suicide? It is difficult enough to hang yourself in the first place without anyone noticing, but to spend time writing that message, tieing those knots, putting a gag in your mouth while another person is in the house?! No one would do that! It makes zero sense!

TigerMonthlyHits ....yeah i dont think your thought process would be the most logical while in a lot of emotional pain... When a guy hurt my mom real bad i didnt think "Yeah imma beat the shit out of him so my mom can be even more hurt by me getting charged." I woulda went ahead anyways hadnt my brother been there. Yeah.. im not saying you're wrong.. but your logic is quite questionable and honestly.. quite frustrating. But what if she killed the boy in a fit of anger and then herself out of guilt, didnt want to dishonor her family with suicide and made it look like a murder. Im not saying this is the case. But consider it atleast.

Another note about the creepy note written on the door ("she saved him"), Rebecca gave Max CPR while they were waiting for the ambulance. The doctors actually said if it weren't for her CPR, he would have died on the spot and not have even made it to the hospital. Its a detail that came out during the civil suit against Jonah's brother. I followed this case really closely. This case and the 'affluenza' case (which Kendall also covered) make me so mad because they're getting away with murder because they're rich!

Valeria Reyes if this was a suicide which I don't think it was then it's not impossible she screamed. She could've screamed because of the pain or if she was regretting the decision to take her life, which happens a lot. And her hands being tied could have been on purpose in order to make sure she has no way of going back and saving herself if she wishes, hence screaming for help.
@biancaportillo6552
@biancaportillo6552 6 жыл бұрын
that doesn't make sense though because after she "jumped" they find a gag in her mouth. that means she would have been screaming for help for no reason before putting the gag in her mouth while tying herself up preparing to kill herself? so she couldn't have screamed out for help if she regretted the decision because we know that there was something blocking her mouth. she was definitely attacked, silenced, and thrown over that balcony.

I thought for some reason that 911 could track the phone call and send someone that way.. because I remember when I was a kid, I hit the emergency button and it called 911 and I hung up real quick and the police still came to the house. So why can’t they do that in situations like this!?

I know some stuff about witchcraft because I am a witch . That ritual seems realy odd. It could be black magic but it still would be very odd. I haven't ever heard of a spell or ritual having you be naked in public. Let alone having you tie rope around your neck. Red candles means lust, personal empowerment, inner strength, courage, and energy. You Use red candles when you want to feel stronger, more proactive, empowered, or take control over your own circumstances. So maybe that had something to do with the red rope but the ritual/spell seems very odd to me.

I know this a time jump but also they said Rebecca was trying to cut herself free with the knife, and there’s a possibility that she could have stabbed or injured the person that attacked her, but they didn’t check to see if anyone had a fresh wound on them,also they could of had Adam, or the ex wife write on a door with paint to see if it looked like the other message at all, this case was poorly investigated and it saddens me that she suffered that much and is then accused of killing herself there’s no way she could of tied her hands behind her back and then tie the noose around her neck and then jump off a balcony, and you would think if she did kill herself that she would of at least left a note to her loved ones, I’m praying that she and max are peaceful playing together in heaven.

He could've had music playing, we don't know the property layout...his location on the property may not have carried the sound his way. I agree its weird, but not impossible. I know men that will sleep through you yelling their name a foot from the bed in the same room so... Also, if you flew into town to murder your brothers wife (which if your that wealthy im sure a random unconnected hit man would be hired) but if that was your plan, would you have your alibi be that you were the only other person on the property that night with her and that you then also found her in the morning? It's so sad that even though people hear the word "HELP" shouted no-one actually does anything to help. It makes me think of when car alarms go off. They go off as a precaution in case someone has broken in, and yet no one ever runs to see what the problem is if its their car or if someone actually needs help. Which is also why if I'm ever to be caught in a situation, rather than just yelling "help" I'm going to shout some absurd thing like "FIRE" because that is more likely to get people's attention because they are going to more likely fear for their lives as well as the lives of others. Such a sad case, my thoughts go out to the family and I hope justice is one day served

my theory: I don't think that rebecca had anything to do with max (no motive) but I think that the bio mom is helllllla guilty. she did everything she could to make it seem like rebecca hurt max. she could've EASILY been in kahoots with the brother and he killed rebecca under the mom's request/pressuring. to me it seems like the bio mom is more likely to have hurt her own kid than rebecca and by killing rebecca she could frame her more easily

The mother definitely had this whole plan orchestrated. She was enraged and thought she murdered her baby. She never liked her so she wanted to get rid of her in the most humiliating way as possible.

I think Max's death was an accident. Then Rebecca's was a murder. I think Dina thought Rebecca killed max. And Dina either killed her or sent someone to kill her.

The message says “She saved him, (him being Max) can you save her (her being Rebecca)”. Whoever wrote this is mocking Rebecca and whoever might’ve believed her innocence in Max’s fall; even in death. This is clearly a crime of passion and was committed by someone who knew about Max and the holes in the story of how he fell from the stairs. How are the cops not getting it yet. Ugh 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I think it was Dina and the brother of the husband. Just saying.

Seeing her mother on the stand makes me so sick-she’s lost her everything and she had to fight to get her daughter justice!! Makes me sick!! We shouldn’t have to fight for justice! That’s why we have cops, detectives, and the criminal justice world!! I went to school to become a homicide detective because I wanted to do right by the victim’s families!! That’s how it should be!!!

Adam said that he did rescue breaths on her. So how was there none of his DNA on her? Even chest compressions would leave his DNA on her body. He would have to touch the rope to cut her down too. So how exactly is none of the DNA on her or the ropes his? Seems like someone cleaned up a crime scene.

I personally think Max’s death was an accident but Rebecca was murdered by Dina and her siblings because she thought Rebecca hurt her son. It wouldn’t surprise me that Max would have jumped off the banister. He was a kid and kids do stupid things. My brother once jumped off the top of his bunk bed in Superman pose because he said he could fly.

Please do a video or podcast on Curtis Flowers. He has been convicted five times for four murders and sentenced to death, but every time, it's overturned. It's a crazy and horribly sad story. Everyone needs to know this story.
