It is the new year and right off the bat I'm having thoughts of ending it. I warned my family 20 years ago that if I didn't get my life sort it out, I would have to "do something about myself". I made this pact ever since I was a child, and now I'm in my 30s, and I feel like as if I failed. Happy New Year? Pfft. Yeah sure.

Over a decade ago, I used to be an advocate of therapy and medication. Certainly not anymore. Now I'm an advocate of clinics offering help to people who want out.

Breathing exercises also helped me get into a meditative state. Specifically pranayama (yoga)
