Eric, you guys crushed it this year. Actually, I think a pig pen is possible in 2 afternoons. I was in the same boat, lots of appreciation with a 4 legged animal. I built a Fort Knox pen, I will build a smaller pen in the future. I think a 4 panel pen would be good for 2 with a small shelter. We take the responsibility of lives pretty seriously but really the money is not that much if they flop. It’s ok to fail, don’t be afraid.

Can you make a video showing all the steps to using an RO system? Like whether you need to run permeate through before you run your sap through and how to clean it after and store it

Hey bud pig are easier than chickens. We set up a small pen with hog panels with electric on the inside to teach them. Then we let them out in there run which was about a half acre. Work very well plus they cleaned up an area we wanted to use. Check out our. Video on raising pigs. We are get three this year.

Thanks for the info. Will definitely check out the video. Just a bit nervous on getting them to stay in the pen. My luck, they would get out when I'm work or something. Lol 😆

@ I proved my neighbor wrong lol. Where we get ours they are all behind electric two wire system. The first wire low to ground as possible about 5 inch give or take. Best farm animal to raise. Oh and if you process your own deer they will leave no trace of the carcass if you wait to process them that late in the fall.
