Same amount of grain - wheat, oats or quinoa. Quinoa sprouts very quickly!!

A bit late, I just saw this channel. Sour or fermented like sauerkraut. It’s not really that stinky. Actually it’s not that bad, I sued to drink it, I made it with quinoa.

Sorry but wheat berries do have gluten and are an absolute no-no for those with celiac. Even if sprouted. Btw, a “small” amount of gluten is devastating to people with celiac.
