Can you make a video about carrying provisions, food and water for a multiple day hike? Do you use dried travel food like jerky or do you also make food out of fresh products during the hike, and if so, how do you store this conveniently?

I really enjoying your videos but you need to improve your audio. With my volume turned up to maximum I can barely hear you and Heidi is almost impossible to hear. Thanks again.
