In Germany you can drink wine and beer at 16 at at 14 you are allowed to drink under supervision... basically we Germans are trying to get sober when us Americans start to drink

Beware of chondroitin and glucosamine supplement. Apparently it's good for arthritis, but may actually be detrimental for others. It significantly set back my ACL surgery recovery before I figured out the cause. There was a 2016 study that was stopped early because of this issue. I also heard that taking one of the two without the other may have different results.

what do you guys recommend for bad ankle mobility. I would like to know how much it affects vertical as I have about a 41 in vert with pretty bad ankle mobility (though I have great lower body mobility outside my ankles). I also want to know some ways to help my lifts as I have long legs and a short torso which kind of kills my back when lifting, which is made worse with my ankles.

For creatine and whey, are there specific times or situations when you are taking it at that time? Morning wake up, pre-workout, or post-workout etc.

pfft. I dry scoop my creatine and then take a swig of water. question for you guys, right now I seem to be jumping pretty straight up and down on my approach. Any advice to allow me to cover some distance on my jump as well?

Absolutely. I 10000% have it badly lol. Caffiene is PLUS adderol is a bad idea. You don't need caffeiene if you're on adderal haha. You're on a MUCH more powerful stimulant

@@JohnEvans haha that’s fair. I take Vyvanse but same thing. If I ever drink caffeine it’s usually coffee or way later in the day after my initial dose. Just didn’t know if others did the same. Thanks John!

I’m diagnosed ADHD but don’t take any medication for it. Caffeine is a miracle drug for me lol

I take both adderall and caffeine and found that for me, pairing them both really worked well.

Actually everyone without any health problems can reach way over 40inches at the peek.

Anywhere between 30" and 45", god only knows, but the thing you should be doing at 13 is getting good support from your parents, coaches, and try to make good decisions everyday about healthy foods and sleep

Physically you should unlock your peek limits as the puberty reaches last phases. Should be around 15-16yo. It is gradually starting to get harder with lower peeks after reaching like 35yo.

The amount of creatine you take depends on your bodyweight ive seen, bigger people need more than 5gs. From the research ive seen you may need more than 5gs even if youre isaiahs size, im 86kg and i take 10g per day.

@@jerryren4076 if im honest i see no difference with however much i take, but of course a couple percent increase isnt noticable but still valuable. The research just says to take more if youre bigger
